Her attention to detail is truly unmatched, and her consistency, patience, and dedication are always on point. I come in every month and genuinely feel like I'm at home. Hazel, her mom, and her sister are all amazing owners who create such a warm, welcoming environment. About a year ago, Hazel introduced me to Nary for manicures, and WOW -- she is next level. Only after I mentioned it did he file them all down, but he left the ends thick and uneven. When I asked him to thin out the bulky tips, he over-filed them instead, leaving rough, misshapen edges. One nail, my middle finger, is especially bumpy due to poor layering and careless filing. The overall finish looks rushed and sloppy. For $50, this level of work is unacceptable and honestly feels like something that should have cost no more than $20. I wish I could get a refund because these are not nails I am happy to walk around with.

I'm writing the review because I called today for an appointment and set it up. I arrived on time and it was like I had never called. 40 minutes later, everyone is still busy and not able to take me. My issue is, they never should have made the appointment. If they knew they were understaffed or running behind, they could've told me. So, I'll be moving on to a new salon. I got excited with the recent remodel, but doesn't seem like there's much improvement. I hope they figure out better systems soon.
