Instead, they completely messed up the symmetry. One eyebrow was taken way too far in at the front and the arch was altered, leaving it much thinner and completely different from the other. I had to stop the service before they even touched the other eyebrow because I could already see how bad the first one was turning out. I asked to speak with the manager because I wanted to explain what happened, but I was told she would be there in a few minutes and she never showed up. I did NOT ask for thin eyebrows or a new shape. I simply wanted my naturally full eyebrows cleaned up. Now I have to wait for the hair to grow back before I can try to fix the shape. Completely uneven, completely asymmetrical, and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this place for eyebrow services.
