After painting my nails, the technician didn't even check his work. I had to point out that each nail was a different length. Only after I mentioned it did he file them all down, but he left the ends thick and uneven. When I asked him to thin out the bulky tips, he over-filed them instead, leaving rough, misshapen edges. One nail, my middle finger, is especially bumpy due to poor layering and careless filing. The overall finish looks rushed and sloppy. For $50, this level of work is unacceptable and honestly feels like something that should have cost no more than $20. I wish I could get a refund because these are not nails I am happy to walk around with.

The back of the nail started lifting on day 8 and started catching my hair during a shower. I called and their receptionist told me I would have to pay for a repair because it's been more then a week. Absolutely ridiculous since it seems like the nail was not prepped properly for it to start lifting after 8 days with dip.
