I haven't been to a real hair salon in probably 10-15 years. Went to Great clips about 5 years ago for my last hair cut but I wanted to splurge and get a little pampering! Most things are charged by the hour and each stylist has a different rate based on their "level" I came with a pic of what I wanted and Jade delivered. Almost identical. And if my face was as thin and flawless as the AI version I brought in it would have been exactly the same lol. She also has these wonderfully long nails that feel amazing when she's washing your hair! She was conversational without being nosy or over talkative. Anyways, I asked for about 4in off, layers and a full dye. When we were finished the manager came to check her work bc I assume maybe she's newer (which is fine), but the lady had to redo all of my layers because they weren't done correctly. So we stayed much later probably until 9:30pm. Then when I got home I noticed that one side was way shorter than the other! I had to personally cut almost 2in off my left side of hair just to get it even. Now I know maybe she wanted to go out and felt rushed but it was not professional and I hope that if I go there again I get a better experience and that Amber pays more attention to detail to her future clients.
