I needed to get a few sweaters custom printed for a bachelorette trip. My friend referred me to Sanbon so I decided to give it a shot. I did not regret this decision at all!!! I contacted Robin and explained to him what kind of design I wanted on the sweaters. All I had to go off of was a photo I found off of Pinterest but Robin made it happen! I wanted one sweater for the bride with a custom design and 7 sweaters for the bridesmaids with a different custom design. He immediately suggested different cuts of sweaters that would best suit the design I had in mind as well as my budget. He also came up with a few mock up designs and even worked with me when I wanted to change the designs entirely a few days after my initial quote. In the end, the sweaters came out exactly how I had imagined them and they were done long before the deadline I had set. The pricing is fair and affordable. Other places quoted me extra for the bride's sweater because it wasn't going to be printed in bulk. Robin quoted me the same price for all the sweaters, which saved me money. Every interaction I had with Robin was timely, responsive, extremely professional, and informative! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of service!!! I was looking to get custom printed work jackets for my coworkers and I and randomly found Sanbon Pro Apparel on Yelp. I decided to stop by the same day since I was in the area and I was able to show my design ideas to Robin. Later that night I sent a follow up email and Robin was able to respond quickly on details of the design, quote, and approximately how long it would take. I really appreciated that he came up with mock up designs for each individual custom name and also redid one of the mock ups when I sent in a slightly different design based on spacing of letters. He even carried the box of custom jackets out to my car which I thought was so kind and very appreciated. My go to guys ! My family had the bright idea to do shirts for Christmas (we decided December 5th -definitely was stressful for me to get sizes and etc from family in time to get the order placed so we can get them before Christmas !!). Spoke with Robin (great guy) and asked about shirt material, estimate, and style options via phone. Within minutes he gave me style options WITH links to see detail: color options, price, design, fit, size run etc. If I didn't see anything I liked, he gave me even more options! Definitely worked with me to my needs. Of course we checked out other printing companies to compare prices but they were charging $5-7 dollars more per shirt ! So happy to have gone with these guys at Sanbon Pro Apparel. I gave them a complicated order: 57 jerseys. (Baseball, two button up, dryfit style polyester). Custom names on the back. Two color styles. sizes up to 3XL. AND after I sent my final list .. a few days later I realized I was missing a shirt! They reassured me, told me not to worry and that it would be taken care of in time for pick up. Before finalizing the prints they sent me a moc up to see what it'll look like and bam it was created.
