The biggest issue was the pricing. I was charged $43.50 even though the price listed was $27. Most of the prices already included gel so I was never told there would be an extra $15 charge for gel toes until after the service was done. I feel like customers should be clearly informed about extra charges before anything starts.The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because she did an amazing job on my toes and the foot massage was really good. I got the CBD Volcano Pedicure with Hot Stone, Paraffin Wax, and Gel, and let me tell you -- I walked in with hooves and walked out with feet fit for royalty. The amazing tech listened when I pleaded, "Please, no cheese grater... let's show my crust a little respect." She softened my feet with callus remover, gently pumiced, scrubbed, masked, and even rubbed an orange slice into each leg like I was at some tropical resort. The hot paraffin wax wrap? Bliss. I basically ascended to a higher plane of foot existence. I was so impressed, I asked for a manicure too. I warned her my hands were just as tragic, but she worked her magic -- scrubs, masks, more orange slices (I swear I left smelling like a spa smoothie). But the real MVP moment? After hearing that I've been a full-time mom to a medically complex kid and haven't had a moment for self-care in 5+ years, she surprised me with the same gorgeous cat's eye iridescent gel polish I was admiring on her nails -- as a gift, from one mom to another. We landed on Ten Ten based on a few factors, one being location to where we were already. The shop is good size, bright, open and very clean. We walked in, were immediately sat and off we went. We went with the Coffee Me Pedicure and Pamper Me Manicure. Combined pricing put us at $84/each. The manicure pricing is in line with what I have experienced at other spots, but they think a bit more of their pedicures and that is reflected in the prices. Were they worth it? Yes and no...the pedicure was solid, but comparing our services, which were the exact same and started at the same time made it a bit odd as mine lasted about 10 minutes longer than my dad's. For me, I appreciated this, but for him, his tech seemed a bit rushed. Still did good work. As with most spa's, they do offer drinks during your treatment. They should refill the offerings on the tray though, as all the "good" drinks were taken before they got to us, just leaving little room temp waters. Not a big deal, but just a small touch. Our tech's were friendly and did good work overall. Pricing was a bit steeper than I would have liked, so this place would not be a regular spot, but maybe one for a special treat, which is what this day was. Overall, solid place in a good location.

If you're opting for a pedicure, they seat you in a fully equipped massage chair - just an extra dose of pampering - why not! I opted for an old school French tip. Came out beautiful, but it started to chip the next day. I'm sure gel would have been a better way to go, but you live, and you learn :) Still, I'm super happy with the end result.
