There was no acknowledgement by any of the staff upon my entry but a cacophony of "Hellos", "How are you"s and "What service can we offer" when a woman devoid of melanin entered at 11:20...Hmmm. The greeting was noticeably skewed and I noted at that point every customer save one, embodied the various shades of the African Diaspora including the only waiting patron, sitting with me at the lobby entrance. She called out to the manager/owner with whom she seemed familiar, and told her that I had an appointment and no one had spoken to me since I arrived. The manager/owner rushed over... asked what I was having done...never requested my name nor consulted her appointment book...I'm sure the conversations by phone were only lip service to get me to their door...SMH with disgust. I was walked over to a pedicure chair and I turned on a manual massage setting to relax and lower my blood pressure. An older gentleman came over and switched my massage mode to a higher setting without my request or consent, then started to place the liner in the foot-bath with no dialogue nor consideration for my comfort level. He indicated that I should test the water temp and place my feet in the filled unit then walked away. After 10 minutes I removed my feet as no one was headed my way to begin the treatments. 20 minutes later I noticed that the person who had entered after me with the fanfare was being attended to, without a prior appointment, plus someone who had come in after me seemed scheduled to be next and my query re when I would be seen did not bear a response that was intelligible. I asked for a towel to dry my feet thoroughly and left. Never to return. Do not give your time and hard earned money to those who do not value you. There are too many places from which to choose that provide decent, respectful courtesy to allow disregard to reign.

Afterward, she told me there was "no other way" to do my brows-- which doesn't make sense since I've had them shaped at nail salons many times without losing my thickness. On top of that, while using a razor under my brows, she accidentally shaved off some of my natural lashes and just brushed it off with an "oops." When I expressed my disappointment about how thin my brows were and how unhappy I was with the service, she was very dismissive and only seemed concerned about getting paid. If you have naturally bushy eyebrows and want to keep your thickness, I do not recommend coming here.

I chose the $75 pedicure with the gel polish. LeeLee was my technician. The chair was the typical nail salon massage chair but I would say it wasn't as aggressive with the massage. This pedicure includes the hot towels , lotions scrubs and my fav part it had fresh oranges and honey and she massaged it. And the finale the hot stones. As a customer, I expected professionalism, accountability, and basic respect, but unfortunately that was not my experience. It is frustrating when you spend your time and money and only to feel overlooked and unimportant. Better communication and customer care would make a huge difference. I truly hope improvements are made so future customers are treated with the respect and attention they deserve.
