Today went in at about noon to get apedi and a fill. The ladies were steady, I had no appointment but they accommodated me. I always visit for my pedi, but was in the market for a new place to get my nails done. After my pedi, which by the way ws wonderful, by the way just did the basic although I usually get the most upgraded version, I sat and let my toes dry for I'd say about 5min. I was then ushered to my new station where the lady who helped me was named Teresa. I want sure what to get as I usually just a shellac fill, but thought I'd try something new. I grew up in San Ramon, and came here for the first time as a ripe old 18 year old, and they've done nothing but EXCEED my expectations every time. This was the first place I got my nails done and I have been coming here ever since. My mom has been coming here for 10+ years and we absolutely love it. My mom has become amazing friends with the owner and the nail technicians because of their amazing service. They are all very nice people and greet you right when you walk through the door. Went here with my best friend for a little girl time. We scheduled an appointment that morning for noon and were glad we did because the place was busy from the moment we walked in until we left. When we walked in we were greeted by our names and helped right away. I received a pedicure and it is the best one I've ever had! She really took her time and they turned out great. It's been a couple of weeks and my toes still look awesome! My best friend got acrylics with polish on them and she was also thrilled with the service she received. This is hands down the best nail salon! Jessica, the owner, and all of her workers are amazing. The work she does on non-natural nails is impeccable. She specializes in pink and white gels, but also offers all other services. My nails there have never broken, chipped, turned yellow, lifted, or anything, and best of all THEY LAST MORE THAN 3 WEEKS. Its amazing when its nearing a month since you got your nails filled and are still getting compliments. Not only do they last forever but they always look perfect in shape and color and she does great designs too. She's also really gentle. I never leave with sore fingers. Her waxing skills are amazing too! I trust no one but her to my eyebrows. She does such a good job! I always get thousands of compliments! She does other waxing too which I haven't tried but I'm sure are great also. It doesn't even hurt much and she's really quick! My review has drastically dropped down from 5 stars to 2 stars. I originally started going here a year ago and the service was amazing but lately they've been handing me off to other nail techs that I did not schedule with. They don't care. The reason I am making this review was because last week I got my nails done a color change and a fill, they handed me off to someone completely different that has never done my nails before, she kept cutting me with the drill bit, she also applied the primer VERY messy and got it all over my cuticles causing it to burn my skin and peel. I told her right away and she said "you can wash them later!" Irritated already I sat and in pain, she then applied the powder and she again applied it messier than the first application of primer! She got it all over her hands while she was touching mine she also got it all over my cuticles, applying layers of chemicals on my skin. Also the design didn't even match! I got the V-Shaped French tip. None of them looked the same, VERY POORLY DONE! She then told me to wash my hands, nothing was coming off like she said she would so she put alcohol all over my cut cuticles!! OUCHHH! I paid $35, ( 4 hours later!!! ) I came back and the owner Jessica was in disbelief she refuses to acknowledge there was anything wrong with what the tech did and walked away as she told me to "go buy some benedryl and soak in cortozone" I did not get any offer for a refund either! THEY SENT ME BACK TO THE SAME GIRL THAT DID THEM TO TAKE THEM OFF! I'm still very irritated and disappointed how they did me at Studio ninety-two one-ten! read more

I have been going to this place for over 7 years and Jessica the owner is very nice. She does my eyebrows and i'm always happy with it. Jessica does my friends nails she has acrylic and my friends nails are always eye catching. I always ask for Heather she's my favorite and she always do a fabulous job. I try other salon every once in a while but end up coming back because no one compares to the service and the excellent work plus prices are so reasonable. I always leave this place happy. Everyone there is excellent Teresa, Jenny, Heather, Jessica you can never go wrong. What's good about this place too is there's stability in the people there. Really great job on my nails, I got a manicure and am really pleased with how beautiful it came out. Only gave three stars because the manicurist I had was extremely slow and so it took a long time. I had to get shellac removed from my nails and then got a manicure and that took an hour and fifteen minutes. I walked in their salon last week and the owner Jessica did my nails the next day my middle finger became swollen. I thought I was bitten by a spider I rushed to urgent care to find out I had staph infection caused by her salon. I had 5 shots to numb my pain as the put a needle to break the puss. I had togo in 2 times to get the same procedure done. It cost me 25.00 each time its been 2 weeks and I am still in pain. I called her she denied it, I walked in to show her she simply told me I work and do house work and threw me 50.00 and told men to go away. First of all, If she was smart she would have apologized paid me my 65.00 nail visit and 50.00 urgent care and the two meds I'm on and was polite. But she chose to be a rude. Or shit just apologize. I DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON AT ALL. I am 47 been to hundreds of whole in the walls in SF and NEVER have I gotten a staph infection... They do not clean Utensils.......
