Update - 10 months later…read more I wanted to come back and leave an update because I believe it's only fair to share both the good and the bad. About two weeks ago, Anna (the owner) reached out to me regarding my experience from 10 months ago. She apologized for how everything was handled and invited me back to give the studio another opportunity to show me the experience they strive to provide. I'm happy to say this visit was completely different. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. My manicure was truly complimentary this time, and at no point did I feel like they were simply trying to "fix" a bad review. Instead, I genuinely felt like they wanted to make things right. Victoria was my nail technician, and she was absolutely incredible. She was meticulous, patient, and clearly takes pride in her work. My nails came out absolutely beautiful, and the entire appointment was smooth from start to finish. I still stand by my original review because that was my honest experience at the time, and I don't believe in erasing genuine customer experiences. However, I also believe businesses deserve recognition when they take accountability and make a sincere effort to improve. Thank you, Anna, for reaching out and giving me a reason to come back, and thank you, Victoria, for such an amazing experience. It says a lot when a business follows up and is willing to invest in making things right. I truly appreciate the effort, and I'm leaving this update because I think it's just as important to recognize excellent customer service as it is to share disappointing experiences. I'm genuinely glad I gave KRASA another chance and I absolutely will be back !

Her attention to detail, coupled with her time/efficiency was impressive. She finished my manicure in under 50 min, compared to my original 1.5 hrs. I am happy to report that my manicure has lasted at least 1 week, but we'll see how the next couple of weeks go. This Russian pedicure, however... 10/10. It was my first experience and I think I'm in love. The process looks so simple that you would think it's not getting the job done. That is not the case. The softness and cleanliness of my feet left me stunned. Easily the best pedicure I have ever received. This was over a week ago and my feet are still baby bottom soft. Those tools are something magical.

This is something that a person has a right to know in advance when dealing with someone's eyes! My eyes burned for several minutes, I couldn't even open them. They expected that I should pay again to have someone else do what wasn't done right the first time while trying to make me feel bad saying the lady who would supposedly do the job correctly would get the money from the girl who didn't do the job correctly and not entirely kind about it, instilling a complete lack of confidence and trust for me to allow them to touch my eyes ever again. The customer should never be made to know that and just be offered a resolve in a respectful manner. Needless to say I canceled the so-called fix appointment. Complete waste of money. I did not get what I paid for and it is concerning when someone isn't experienced. Go somewhere else!

I've had several lash lifts in the past and have always loved the results, although I had never had a brow lamination before. I went to Dallash the week before my wedding to have both done. First, my total was $285, not including the brow product I purchased from them, which is honestly outrageous considering the results. Also the grow gel I got literally DRIED up and is unusable about a week later, it was $35! Before starting, the girl doing my lashes mentioned that sometimes lashes don't respond as well to the treatment or curl completely. I understand that results can vary, but my lashes did not curl at all. Like not a bit. After an hour-and-a-half appointment, I genuinely could not tell a difference. No one acknowledged that the lift clearly hadn't taken or offered to correct it. She just said "next time you should get a tint so it's more noticeable" . I'm admittedly non-confrontational, so I didn't say anything at the time. The real issue was my brows. I don't know what product was used during the lamination, but somehow my brow hairs ended up about two shades lighter than my natural color and felt incredibly dry and unhealthy afterward. And the shape was honestly insane. You know the saying that eyebrows should look like sisters, not twins? Mine didn't look like twins, sisters, or even distant relatives. They looked like second cousins twice removed. I had to go home, panic, and try to fix them myself before my wedding. I also paid $40 for a brow wax and tweeze, and the waxing experience was awful. The wax was extremely painful when removed, yet somehow didn't seem to actually remove much of the hair. And yes, I fully realize that trying a brow lamination for the first time the week before my wedding probably wasn't the smartest decision. But I'm usually pretty Type B about this kind of stuff and genuinely don't care that much if something isn't absolutely perfect. I definitely wouldn't take the time to leave a bad review over a minor disappointment. It was truly just that bad. For the amount this salon charges, I expected a completely different level of service and results. Spending nearly $300 to leave with lashes that looked exactly the same and brows that looked and felt significantly worse than when I walked in was incredibly frustrating. Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend going somewhere else for either of these treatments. Truly sad because I heard great things, but hopefully this will help someone

I have always kind of struggled with retention when it came to lash extensions even though I do my due diligence with following care instructions: wash the lashes every day, brush them out, no oil products, etc etc, and would still need to fill my lashes every two weeks or less or else they would look raggedy. I found Tammy on Yelp and have gotten two volume fills with her so far and, oh my god, the retention on her lashes is absolutely insane!! I'm currently two weeks out and my lashes still are SO full. She also really takes her time and makes sure that you leave with full, full lashes! The first time I saw her, I got a foreign fill and my lashes were pretty much depleted after two weeks, and Tammy spent DOUBLE the amount of time filling my lashes and making sure I left with a full set. On top of that, Tammy is an absolute joy to talk to and it's clear that she knows her stuff. I will admit, when I read the part of her description that said "once you try us, this will be the last time you do a search for lash extensions," I was like that's very ambitious, but she 100% stands by that. In the two years or so that I've had lash extensions, she's easily one of the best lash techs that have worked on me if not the best. I am definitely not the type to be tied down to one establishment when it comes to beauty services, but I will definitely be a loyal client to Tammy for as long as I'm in Dallas. The only way she could improve her business is a more streamlined system for booking appointments, but her work is second to none. Seriously, once you go to her, you're done looking.
