Maps told me it would take 45 minutes to get there. I guess it thought I would be going 15mph the whole way. I was finally able to call them to let them know I was almost there. The receptionist said it's 10 minutes into your appointment time so she won't be able to do your treatment but she can still do your consultation. I walked in 2 minutes later and she said she couldn't do it. I said I just got of the phone and they said I could so she went back to ask the nurse Erin if she could do it and she said no because her next client was going to be there in 15 minutes. I requested a refund on my package and wasn't even able to speak to a manager about the situation; they said they'd send an email to someone but there was no guarantee. So disappointing!
