They put my feet in the water and I waited for 1 hour with my feet soaking. This was ridiculous and the failure to communicate is not acceptable. They know how long or should know how long the wait will be, then say something. The only reason I stayed is I was traveling the next day but if they would have communicated to come back in 1 hour instead of not saying anything left a very poor customer service experience. I could have easily came back 1 hour later. Since my feet were soaking I felt trapped and should have left after 30 minutes. I spoke to the manager and she apologized but I felt nothing would have changed. I will not go back. Advice is to communicate if wait will be an extended period, most people expect communication and will be patient if you are setting proper expectation. I cannot recommend this establishment.

I get my manicure done by Julie and she takes her time and pride in her work to make sure my nails are always beautiful. My nails always receive compliments at work. Donni is also exceptional. The day after we there for the corrections I had another toe lose the gel polish. I haven't gone to have fixed since it isn't always convenient to go that way.
