Bought a Living Social deal for myself and my sister and went in together this afternoon. Someone yelled to greet us when we walked in the door and I replied that we had the LS deal and were there for mani/pedis. A woman rushed over and literally whispered to me (so no other customers would hear about the LS?) that they only accept 5 LS appointments per day and were currently booked for weeks. Umm...probably something worth mentioning in the fine print of the voucher. Obviously I would never purchase another Living Social deal from them, but based on their customer service (or lack of!) I also wouldn't bother to give them another try. read more

The biggest problem I have with this nail salon is inconsistency. Out of my last three pedicures (since the new owners took over), only one was good and that was the second one. The first one didn't last and the third one I was in and out of there in a half hour. I've gotten express pedicures that have taken longer than that. This was a regular pedicure which included a massage, but the massage was nothing like the one I received on my second visit. I won't be returning. read more

Today's pedicure experience was so bad that I am never returning. The nail tech didn't even remove all of the previous polish. Then proceeded to polish my toenails. I was going to have my gel nails done as well but I will not be returning. read more

Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Yen does such a great job on my gel manicures - they last 3 weeks every time!

I've been to this nail salon about ten times and my experience has been good up until my last two visits. The last visit I went to this nail salon on a Saturday at 6pm thinking it would be plenty of time to get a quick fill before they close at 7pm. I was the only customer in the salon and when I walked in there was about five or six employees just talking. My fill took much longer than I thought and I wouldn't have mind if it actually turned out good. I asked for coffin shape nails and I got square nails that are not the same shape, the polish is splotchy, got a pretty good cut on my finger, and they didn't re-glue under my nail so my real nail isn't attached to my acrylic nail at the tips. It took 50 minutes for a fill and I got rushed out before it was even 7pm and i just felt frustrated when I left. I would recommend going to Kelly's Nails across the street not this place. read more

This salon is under new ownership. I have been to this salon 3 times before...very inconsistent results and language barrier was the worst...andddd I questioned the cleanliness, so I stopped going. I tried today with the new ownership...thought I would just get a mini pedi to try it out. I was greeted immediately..Tina cared for my very challenged feet. I swear, she was like a doctor. She made them look beautiful, trimmed them so that they were smooth as butter. Polish is flawless. There was NO language barrier and everyone was friendly...Oh, and the cleanliness...off the top..Plastic liners are thrown away after every pedicure..Very clean facility. I finally found a new place...btw...if you want to leave a tip on credit card, you must tell them first to add it. I didn't know, so I had to make a special trip back to tip Tina...no biggie, but you all should be aware. read more

Stopped in today for the second time to get a fill and sat at station 1 both times. The gentleman there is great and listens to how you want your nails done. I went here to see Teresa to have my permanent eye liner done. I wanted to get a thick black line and jet black color. Instead I came out with a thin light black line. She also told me she wouldn't charge me for my touch up then when I went to go back she said she never said that. I not only paid $150 but I didn't even get what I wanted and now have to pay more to get it fixed. Not what I was told! read more

The polish on my gel nails never dried because they mixed gel and regular polish together. Two hours after getting them done, the polish had come off and I was able to scrape it off. It was a holiday and got very crowded so I didn't go back to have them fixed. I ended up fixing them at home. read more

This spa is not only filled extremely kind and friendly people, but their prices are so good and they did an AMAZING job on both my nails and my eyebrows. I don't even know where to begin!! The spa experience starts the minute you walk through the doors! I was greeted right away with a smile, shown to the color selection (while they patiently waited for my stubborn butt to pick a color) and taken back to the most comfy pedi chairs! My favorite part is they were able to do both my mani and pedi at the same time since I was tight on time!! My nails are perfect both hand to toes!! I bought a Living Social deal for this place and when I called to make an appointment they said they would call me back. 3 hours later they called and when I told them I had the LS voucher they said they were booked and I would have to go to other place, they were booked for months. It showed that only 8 people had purchased this voucher so far. On the voucher it gave the # and address to their location. (There is no other location.) this place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!do NOT go here. I went here 2 times to give them a chance since it is walking distance from my house. The first time i went i got gel nails. i had a man doing my nails and he answered his phone multiple times while doing my nails! took almost an hour and a half to do my nails! that's ridiculous. nails should take maybe an hour. not an hour and a half. based on some other reviews this is a regular thing that happens. the gel PEELED off within 2-3 days. the second time i got acrylic from theresa and one nail popped off. the prices are also not displayed which is kind of weird because you don't know how much nails REALLY cost. i also used the bathroom there once and it was very nice and clean. smelled amazing too. until a live COCKROACH crawled under the door and joined me in the bathroom. completely disgusting! do not go here. read more

Ken is my favorite technician, he does a great job on my acrylic nails and Teresa is very helpful and friendly every time I come in to see them. This is the only salon I go to! This place SUCKS!! We went there today and that said we had Apt for side by side pedicure with my mother in law. One of us as to wait, and the pedicure was very overpriced for the service provided. Very disappointed and will not be back. The pedicure was poorly done still had Polish left on around my toes under the new polish. Horrible JOB! Will only give this place ANY stars because of Kevin. He is wonderful. My wife was so happy with him. However, he did her shaping, and the other girl next to him did her color. Was Supposed to be an ombré. It's not. It's half one color half other color, no blend . Did extra things that She did not ask for. The lady could also tell my wife was upset so she started getting snippy. My wife is nonconfrontational but was visibly upset. The lady told her to come back another day and she would fix the color. WHY another day. Why not right when she's there. I don't understand people. read more

Went to Angelic Nails & Spa with my sister. It appeared nice so we thought we would give it a try. The pedi itself was not enjoyable as the lady rubbed the bottom of my feet very hard with what felt like a brick of sandpaper. The male doing my sister's mani caused her to bleed and it continued to bleed after we left. We were both over charged and the front desk lady was less than helpful. She proceeded to try and convince me that I chose to not have the hot stone massage and still needed to pay for the pedi including it. The problem being....I had the pedicure...that THEY offer WITHOUT the hot stone massage. Sisters nails also chipped the next day. My friends and I went to go get our nails done for our girls day. They did a decent job on all of our fullsets. I don't know abouty other friends I loved how it looked out the door, until I got home and noticed the gel they put on bubbles. Some of my nails are crooked. They took us by pairs. Nail salon is nice and clean and most of them speak good English. Although I didn't like how they would stand up and help another technician with another costumers nails while doing mine or my friends. I DO NOT recommend this place. It took 90 minutes to do a gel color change! Lisa tried to do a manicure when I didn't ask for or want one and then cut my nails WAY TOO SHORT! Had to have someone else come over and do ombré !! My nails are cut crooked, and she ( Lisa) kept laughing under her breath at me for no reason!! $25 WASTED!!! read more

First time. I chose this salon for my 8 yo granddaughter's mani-pedi because they offered a special spa package for kids on their website. However, it was not as advertised. No hot towel or stones, and a smudged toenail and fingernail. I had a deluxe pedi which was done very well. It would be nice to be introduced to the technicians and for them to speak. So not happy with this place right now. First of all they are not very welcoming. They are all about the money. My biggest complaint is have been going here for over a year now and finally found a person that was patient and ok with my pedicures. Recently I noticed my toenails were starting to thicken and get dark. That has never happened. I thought maybe I had diabetes. So I went to the doctor and no it wasn't that. I found out that I had a fungus from getting pedicures. This is the only place I have been so it had to come from here. Do not go here because apparently they are not sanitizing their tools. I called angelic nails because I needed an eyelash extension fill. The lady at KV nails had no appointments available and I needed them done quick. I was very specific on the phone that I wanted individual lash extensions and she assured me that's all they do. So I came in and first they made me sign a piece of paper saying that I can't sue if I have a allergic reaction I guess that was the first sign! But I didn't over think it to much, then I walked into the room and she started ...this was not a relaxing experience !!!! She slapped the glue on and then started putting the lashes so fast ! The first time I got it done it took 2 hours this time only 30 min... Well when I opened my eyes I hated it! It looked like I had a pair of cheap fake eyelashes I asked her to fix it but the damage was done I figured I would go home and try and fix it myself... Well it's less than a week and they have all fallen off and not only that she put clusters! No individuals so she lied about the whole thing and I even paid more than I should have ! I would never get your lashes done here it was a horrible experience ! And not worth the price ! read more
