It felt very unprofessional, so I thought maybe I should try a studio next. I am so glad I found Studio Velle!! April did my lashes, and though her previous appt ran a bit long (that girl is BOOKED!), I didn't have to wait too long. And honestly, the wait is worth it. I appreciated that they accept "foreign" fills and didn't charge me for a full set (like other salons do). I told April what I wanted, slight cat eye and somewhere between hybrid and volume and wow she blew me away. I accidentally fell asleep but it was great because when I woke up, she was basically done! I could feel how thorough she was to ensure I had layers of lashes. It's been 5/6 days so far and literally only 1 lash has fallen out; this is unheard of from my other lash techs. I truly think I could trust anyone at this salon, they care so much, it's palpable! As I'm reading though the reviews I'm so glad that I'm not the only one that has been disappointed by their aggressive sales tactics. I've been coming here for 3-4 years and while they always try to sell their other services and products, I put up with declining so often because I like the way they do my brows. However, this last time really threw me over the edge and I've finally decided to never give them my business again. The lady was trying to sell me the brow lamination special because my "brow hairs going in a lot of different directions". I declined after her asking 3 times. Then she tried to sell me some lip oil because my "lips are very dry" and I also had to decline twice. She then asked if I wanted to tint my brows so that "you don't have to wear makeup and you'll look pretty". I came straight here to get my brows done after leaving cancer treatment so the unnecessary, rude and degrading comments are completely unappreciated and inappropriate. I'd you're trying to be professional and sell a product, maybe don't be rude and harass your customers. I'm so disappointed in this place and hope these people one day learn to treat others with dignity and respect.

She is professional, precise and a queen when it comes to slaying my brows. She takes the times to really do my brows right and shape accordingly to my personal preference and face shape. On a regular day, you can find her fully booked out yet she will still greet every client with positive energy and enthusiasm. She always makes me feel extremely welcomed and I can always trust in her service and the Benefit products she uses on me. She's also always available whenever I need to see her which I appreciate it. I recommend booking online ahead on the Benefit website. I've gone to three other Benefit BrowBar locations and this location and this aesthetician in particular still remain my favorite!
