Okay so I was late! Because I came from over an hour away but Vy was so nice and she did a great job! I feel so bad for going into the other client after myself time but she was nice as well! I am just as unhappy with it as my initial in May. She shaved half of my left eyebrow saying "it's eneven, it'll look better and fill in once I put the color". The deal I purchased included a touch up. But since I didn't have a screenshot of the voucher showing the term, she charged me another $99 dollars. She was 30 minutes late from my SCHEDULED appointment, didn't apply much numbing solution. When I asked, what if it still looks the same, she said "Use an eyebrow pencil". A few days after I noticed there was a line a bit off, I reached out to Vy and she told me to wait 2 weeks for the healing process. As I did that, when I got back to her, Vy was no longer nice, she became rude and was acting as she was doing me a favor, she offered to fit me in for a 5 min but she was rude about it. I have to say, I did not ask for any money back nor was I complaining about the service, I understood that those things happened but I expected her to fix it. Vy started talking about how she was not going to go off business because of one client and she was just rude. She had given me an appointment with an attitude and making me feel not important, I decided to cancel the appointment and I had to pay someone else to fix the tiny area, I was not going to take her disrespectfulness and arrogance. She immediately text me and asked if we could do 9:30 instead, which was fine by me because 9 am was really early to get from Lakewood to Tukwila anyway. I did get a follow-up text indicating that there was a problem with the alarms in the building and asking if we could bump the appointment to 10 am. She moved the appointment to a date after my wedding without even contacting me. When I FINALLY received a call back (2 days later), she said I should have mentioned that the appointment was for my wedding so she wouldn't reschedule. I was hopeful this would work out after she offered to schedule me at 8am the day before my wedding. When I arrived, she wasn't there. A few days before the appointment, I received a text reminder and two email reminders. Despite confirming my appointment through the system, I showed up to the spa on time only to find the door shut and locked. No one responded to my knocking, and I waited. I called two phone numbers listed on yelp and the one provided by my email reminder, and only got voicemail. I left two voicemails stating that I had my appointment and for her to call me back. It has since been at least 3 hours since the scheduled time and still no phone call. I originally thought it was nice to get reminders for my appointment, and I find it incredibly ironic that it ended up only being spam, since I got stood up anyway. I am still in the air for now. First I made an appointment Via her website back in February. I showed up for my visit that Saturday and she was a no show, after I text & called several times and left a voicemail she finally contacted me back after waiting an hour and said she was having car trouble and wouldn't make it. She tried to make another apt but I declined. Fast forward to a few months later I decided to give her another shot. She was there on time and she did my lashes I got the discount yes rate for $60 for first time clients, she was friendly talked to me and got me done in the timeframe I wanted (about 45 minutes) and dos a good job. I gave her a 3 because of the experience in trying to get ahold of her and getting an apt. It is confusing on trying to find her room! So that should be something she tells clients. So let's start with the stupidity experienced here: Made an appintment for Friday on a Monday even though I work over an hour away, I asked for the time off in advance to accomodate her filled schedule. day before my appointment she calls to cancel for whatever reason and tries to move it to the week after until I explain that's not possible. Then magically- on the spot- the same day appointment I was begging for opened up and I had one hour to get from north Seattle to her shop during lunchtime traffic. By some miracle, I did and proceeded to get ignored for 20 minutes before deciding to leave with 4 unanswered calls and 3 text messages. Of course after taking that trip back to work, she comes around saying I needed to be there at 4 pm or schedule for next week. so I turned around after paying for parking and got back into traffic. Another miracle had me only 20 minutes late before she tried to guilt trip me into feeling bad about her unprofessional scheduling. But she offered to finish my lashes on Friday for free even though I refused and said I'd pay what it costs for a fill because she was so nice. come friday, she magically can open the door when I knock on it this time to tell me that she decided not to hold up on her word and I would need to set an appointment for a full set (because she did such a bad job, barely any of the lashes she did put were left, only 80% of the lashes that fell out still had my real lash connected) read more
