Came here to meet with the SO for lunch. When I used to work nearby, we would come here for their lunch special all the time! Stuft Pizza is located in the plaza across the street from the Burger King and right next to the Seafood City plaza. Stuft's lunch special is a pretty good deal imo. You can choose several options depending on how hungry you are. For example, we usually stick with the Combo #2, which includes access to the salad bar, two slices, and a drink. For $8.99, I'm literally "stuft" after my meal. When I did work nearby, our employer would sometimes cater using Stuft, so I have tried their calamari rings, wings, "jojo's" or potato wedges, and salad. All pretty good and flavorful. The pizza, which should be the star of the show, usually isn't for me. The crust is way too thick**. **Note: If you're at the restaurant, be sure to use the honey on the crust! Great Place! I have been coming here dor years. My kids ask to have pizza parties here too :) Lots and lots of TVs for games. Plenty of Beers on Tap and the owner is a great guy even if he is a Lakers fan. Parking and getting a table can be tricky so come early. I can only count to 10 so I'm not exactly sure how many flat-screen TV's Stuft Pizza has. The point is, this pizza place is an absolutely awesome venue to catch whatever sports game is on that day. The lighting is dim so eat up and don't worry about having to suck in your stomach as no one will be able to see. Order pizza at the front, bring your number to whatever table you please, and your pizza will be brought to you by the polite staff. The pizza, however, could use a little bit of improvement. The toppings tasted fantastic and the meat was absolutely delish. However, one of my favorite parts of a pizza pie, the crust, was a bit too hard for my taste. I've been coming here for about 10 years. They have always been a bit more expensive than the other spots, but they are better than the rest, so I'd pay more. Been trying not to write bad reviews during COVID but the service at Stuft Pizza was so bad I thought I should warn people. They double charged me. After swiping my card, their CC machine had problems so the girl said she wasn't sure if the charge had gone through. I checked my phone and got a message from my CC company that my account had been charged. I showed this to the Stuft Pizza cashier but she insisted she needed to swipe my card again. Needless to say she was wrong and I had to cancel the 2nd charge through my credit card company. Pro Tip: Don't let a high school kid tell you how credit cards work. They do not serve slices during the weekend unfortunately. I thought the combo pizza was at best better than average. It was neither too salty nor sweet. The crust was very crispy. There's no question when you open the first pizza box and the ingredients look fresh, stacked high and in abundance you've found a real good pizza parlor. The next 3 were all fantastic. The Hand thrown Crust was heaven. The real disappointment is I'm not from this area and work will take me back up to the SF area and I'll be deprived. More like 4.5 Ordered a large cornucopia through doordash, and have to say they got some pretty gooood pizza. Lots of toppings and the dough has a nice fluff to it. They give a generous amount of olives, peppers, etc. which is big plus. I also ordered a side of ranch sauce because I'm that kind of guy and it tastes amazing when you dip it in. Still tastes great a day later even if u pop it in the microwave. The only downside is how uneven some of the slices were cut. Had some really big slices and also had some really small skinny slices.
