Arguably one of the most important parts of a pizza, is the crust. This place has mastered the perfect thickness with a crispy bottom and soft, chewy top. Not only are they exceptional with the crust, they also have exceptional service! There are so many pizza options that it may be overwhelming. I'm sure each option is delicious though. I was originally taken aback at the look of the Thai pizza, but the toppings worked so well together. I can also vouch for the garlic lemon chicken, maui, and bbq. Everything tastes so good when the sauce and crust are perfected. I'd say skip the appetizers because they're pricey--$2 per chicken wing = $24 for 12 wings! Love the system of ordering at the front and then getting a buzzer for your order. There is a ton of TV's in there also for those of you who are sports fans. The Food: We got the cheese bread and a (medium) pepperoni and sausage pizza. Haven't actually eaten at the place for a while and usually opt for take out, but the last few times I've stopped by has been lively/chill - great place to grab a beer and watch the game (or in my case watch ppl watch the game bc legit I don't do sports & I'm really only here for the food/alchy LOL). The place is joint with IBU specialty beerhouse next door, where you can go back and forth with either of the goods which nicely provides more unique beer options. The beer variety from IBU is amazing and always has my husband/me leaving with too many 4PKS. Now back to food - the pizza here is def. a little pricier than other places for size, but the quality def. makes up for it. THE CRUST is def. something special here, thicc and fluffy on the inside while still perfectly toasted on the outside. The Bogey, Hawaiian, Cornucopia, & BBQ chicken are my faves! Wanted a quick dinner and decided to get pizza. Because this place offers such a wide selection, I had a difficultly narrowing down what I want. In the end, I ordered a large pizza: half Cornucopia and half Maui. I also threw in some hot wings (6) for kicks. Everything was ready in about 20 minutes. I couldn't pick up a single slice of pizza without toppings falling off, yet each bite was still greeted with a mixtures of mushroom, pepperoni, sausage, ham, and pineapple. The crust was a bit hard though, but that was probably due to the time it took me to get home. The wings, in contrast, were small and unimpressive. I would probably skip them next time. Stuft pizza is one of my favorite pizza spots. I used to go many times at their Santa Clara location but unfortunately, they closed that one down. A car ran right into the restaurant - true story, look it up. Luckily! They have this location and the quality is just as good. I have never been to this location before the pandemic but just like any other restaurant during this time, no indoor dining available only take out and delivery. Mask are required. Staff has been friendly the times I went. I have ordered one meat lovers (The Bogie) and the basic pepperoni pizza. Both were fantastic, as always! My favorite pizza place to enjoy excellent pizza. Stuft Pizza serves a large variety of pizzas, but what separates them from the competition is the crust and amount of toppings they use. The crust is thicker, but it needs to be to hold the amount of toppings they use. They definitely are not shy with their ingredients. On this trip, we ordered a small BBQ Western and a small Maui. Since I can't eat beef at the moment, the BBQ Western was a great choice. It had chunks of chicken, onions and I requested to have cilantro on the side. The pizza was delicious and filling. My son enjoyed the Maui, since it includes pepperoni along with ham, pineapple, green onions and tomatoes. Neither of us were able to finish our pies, so we grabbed boxes and took our leftover home to enjoy later. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The staff are always friendly and helpful. read more

Tip, make sure to check in to get $5 off your order so this will work great for pizzas. They have a huge selection of beers and they're connected to a tavern with even more selections. It's a good spot to come and watch your local sports team play be user they have a bunch of tvs. Seen from a pictures a former Niners player came here back in the day. Had takeout pizza: 1/2 Popeye, 1/2 Carmen, no stuffed crust. Why no stuffed crust when that is their speciality, you ask? Because no one was able to tell me if the cheese mix inside the crust has Parmesan. How do the employees not know? No one on duty knows what the ingredients are for folks with allergies? Above and beyond that, this is the most bland, flavorless pizza I've ever had. Maybe it's better with the stuffed crust, but it should be flavorful and stand up on its own even without the extra cheese. The bottom of the crust is crispy, sure, but the part under the toppings is doughy and gross. The toppings all fell off due to lack of cheese across the top holding them in place. But the worst part? The crust tastes like an old refrigerator. Like that old frozen roll that's been in the back of the freezer since before anyone can remember. Why does the dough taste like it's been in an old refrigerator?!? Not good eats. Maybe the atmosphere and beer cover the taste. Maybe if you add tons of garlic and bacon it covers the taste. But when you strip all the bells and whistles away, what's left is pretty pathetic. It makes me sad to write this, I wanted to like it, they've been in business since 1976. However these issues aren't a "one-time thing", they show a trend of resting on their laurels and not maintaining high standards of quality in product handling, production, and employee training. read more

They might want to rename themselves to Hopt Beer considering that awesome draft list. Stuft Pizza of Milpitas seems to be a fairly long-running business per Yelp reviews. However, they first caught my eye on an unrelated beer app for their extensive draft list. With upwards of 40 craft beers on tap (give or take a couple of macro options), it's no wonder that their owner expanded next door to create a second taproom with a separate draft list and a bottle shop. In case you didn't guess, I came here today solely for the beers, not the pizzas (or TVs). I've been to Stuft Pizza before for happy hour (Mon-Fri 11-5, unless that's changed somehow), but I recently learned that they offer beer flights as well. With the exception of the marked (expensive) beers, you can choose six 3-oz pours for $18. Considering how I'm always looking to taste several different options rather than just grab a pint, this is pretty great for me. It takes a while to fill out your flight card because they request that you write both name and number, but at least that should make it foolproof. They also marked flight item #1 on the sturdy metal flight carrier so that I could keep track of the beers by lining up the circularly arranged glass receptacles with the pie-slice graphic on the flight card. Super convenient! I could dissect the individual beers which I enjoyed today, but unless you come here quickly, you probably won't get a hold of them. However, the quality of the beers was spot-on, and I'd expect no less from a craft beer bar. I was also a fan of all of the products which I tried, and it's no fluke that they came from breweries in and around the Bay Area. Just to provide a list for reference, here you go: - Evening Vespers, a Belgian dubbel by Laughing Monk Brewing of San Francisco - (1) Death Rattle, a double IPA, as well as (2) Pillory, a fruited sour (specifically the variant w/ grapefruit, tangerine, and lemon zest) by Ghost Town Brewing of Oakland - SoCal Kooks, an IPA by Humble Sea of Santa Cruz in collaboration with Pizza Port of Carlsbad - Joyous Chaotic, a hazy IPA by Fieldwork Brewing Company of Berkeley - Wakey Wakey, a porter by New Glory Craft Brewery of Sacramento You'll also see brews representing such popular local breweries as Alvarado Street and Sante Adairius, and you just might also find offerings from a bit farther away such as those from Modern Times, The Bruery, and AleSmith. If you don't find something to enjoy, then perhaps you're not a beer drinker. Why not 5 stars? For starters, I'm still not real clear on their hours, which are listed variously as 9am on Google, 10am on Yelp, and 11am on their front door. Also, it'd be really nice if they were willing to offer small pours of those expensive beers, even at a premium, instead of just sticking to 10 oz or above. I'm sure that more people would be willing to shell out to get a hold of those rarer options. (On a side note, everything actually has 16 oz, 25 oz, and even pitcher size pricing, if you're somehow interested.) I'd love to keep coming back for more flights at Stuft Pizza. It's not the most convenient location compared to everything else around San Jose, but I like their strong selections and, as a regular traveler to the area, the opportunity to schedule some day drinking. read more

The wings were cripsy and cooked to perfection. Nice amount of meat on each one. Mango habanero sauce was spicy and delicious. We had half Cornucopia half Monroe pizza, both of which were delicious. Service was fantastic on both sides of the wall. Only weird quirk was that the signage was overtly hostile in its wording. It's a bit off-putting and aggressive.
