My husband and I have attempted to contact them no less than 8 times in phone calls, text messages, and emails in the past three weeks. I heard back one time from our contact at that company, Matt, who texted to tell me that he would be out to investigate a week ago. However, he never came out and it's been over a week and now he's completely unresponsive to text messages and voicemail messages. At this point, I fear that this issue will continue to worsen and I don't know what steps to take to prevent that from occurring. I feel that we spent a fair amount of money on a significant update to our home only to now be ignored when we need additional help. I do not feel that it is an unfair expectation to assume that the contractors who performed the work would be willing to provide a professional opinion on the work that they put in place less than six months after installation. Given that we're being ignored by Matt, we are trying to get in touch with other contractors to get advice on how best to protect our patio. Thus far, those individuals, with whom we have spent no money, have been far more responsive in providing opinions on the cause and suggestions for protection. I would not recommend this company as I feel that after the work is finished, there is no follow-up service what-so-ever. I am so angry that I spent this much money with a company that does not value my business.

We were drawn to this company because they offered faster dry time and ability to stay in the basement while they worked. We should have done much more research. It has only been 2 1/2 years and the floors have non-removable stains, and plenty of scratches/dings. While the finish on our old floor stood up for a much longer period of time, I was totally disappointed with the continued poor performance of this floor work. And, please keep this in mind, upon leaving, SVB gave us an entire BONA kit for care of wood floors. About 8 months ago I called SVB and requested that they come out and give me some reason for the floor performance being so poor. They prodded around and said that the stains were not able to be lifted. AND THEY ARE VERY NOTICABLE. The representative asked what I used to clean the wood floors. I told him I was using the BONA products that had been left when the floor was completed. The representative said, that this product use would void my guarantee or any warranty. So now, 2 1/2 years down the road I have an expensive refinished floor that looks just about as bad as the old one. I do not recommend this dealer for floor finishing. They may have groovy equipment, but their process and support are sorely lacking.

And, the staff that worked there were friendly. They worked with me and listened to my ideas for a tabletop piece I was making for an outdoor base that I had purchased recently. I looked at a large variety of surfaces in the inventory they had available. In the end we were able to find just the right piece in the pile of remnants that they keep on hand. It fit with my base perfectly. They talked me through how they would create the piece, and I was also able to select the type of beveled edge that I desired. After all the decisions were made, they said the piece would be ready within a few business days. True to their word, it was delivered to me within that time frame. The person who delivered the piece was knowledgeable and helpful when unloading and instructed me on how to move the tabletop safely. He also gave me some advice on how best to attach the piece to the base. Once attached, the final product looks great, the way they cut it to maximize the grain in the marble. Based on this experience, I would definitely trust them to use their services in the future for any kind of kitchen and/or bath remodel that I would do.

We were told "shit happens". They only ordered 1/2 that we needed and it wasn't until we notified them that they needed to order the second one (we have two fireplaces in our home). Once they arrived they multiple times they had to come back they were BEYOND rude to myself and my husband. Every time the office is called to let them know they're still missing parts there is no communications to people that deliver and install the fireplaces and have a horrible attitude.
