I stopped in there to schedule an appointment, and they asked if I could leave my car right then. That was awesome for me. They called me a couple hours later to tell me what the problem was and quoted me a price. A couple more hours and they called to tell me my car was done. That was awesome to me to stop in without an appointment and get my car fixed all in one day. They are all very nice and their pricing is very fair. Charged me $220, ok. Not even 2 full hours later of me driving around to do errands my engine light comes back on. Not only that within a week after me bringing my car to them, my car starts starting and not staying on. This happened 3 times within a span of a week. I got stuck in a garage because my car wouldn't start anymore and a guy my school sent out looked at my oil and said it was dark!! i brought my car BACK to bob's and they then charge me another $200 just to clean out a sensor but on the receipt it says they removed and replaced the sensor (lying on paperwork) and they said this was a new code to pop up. But when I brought my car to autozone before coming to Bob's, they told me the MAF sensor was the issue. Another 3 hours after driving my car from getting their service, my engine light turns back on. They have no respect for clientele and just want to ruin your car so you have to keep coming back to them. I have never been so dissatisfied in my life! Do not go here!

For sure we Understand repairs Don't always work the first time. With that said dealer was responsive When they open on Monday-of course it broke down on a Saturday-responsive to agree to minor repairs if a company in that area could fix it. The company said it was not a minor repair. So if we wanted this company to honor their warranty we had to get it back to Middle river. $600+ rental car fees and about 1 week later we now have a new repair repair with prorated warranty(starts from the date of the first repair)--Afraid to drive it out of town--and not sure why my review previously posted on the company site is no longer there so just feeling the need to advise to understand warranty terms carefully. Seems they will honor it as long as you can get it back to the shop. That's your problem. Thanks
