Oscar had me pull my car up and he plugged the tire right on the spot! I wasn't there for more than 10 mins between getting the tire plugged and paying. Both Olivia and Oscar were very nice and made sure the service was completed to my satisfaction before I paid. The only thing I will say was it was too much air in the tire compared to the other 3 but it was nothing to just let some out. They call and tell me its failed inspection due to alignment and will need to pay $130 to fix it. Once again my first car, new driver, and also a young female I don't know what I'm dealing with but I did my research enough to know the alignment would have had to be pretty severe to fail inspection. Long story short, they lied my alignment was perfectly fine before going there and infact I NOW feel like its off since taking my car there and my breaks are also now squeaking when I reverse which never had that issue before. I spoke to Jeff, the owner, man in charge I guess? Not sure what kinda business he's running because it only took me a few interactions with the workers to realize it's a shit show. I was asking for an inspection report because all I was ever given was a receipt, he says it was sent to my email. It never was, so then I have my mother call as they aren't taking me seriously, talking to me like I'm dumb. Jeff quickly switches up the story again and he has no report or records from the work done on my car and that it was sent straight to the MVA. I'm sitting right next to her and I say "Hi Jeff. You said it was sent to my e-mail yesterday and it never was and now you dont have access to the records? I finally come in person and after way too long of back n forth they give me a checklist of what had been done after repeatedly asking and being told there's no records to give me. My 2014 Toyota Venza AWD was not driving normally and I needed to have it repaired asap. I Googled…read morerepair shops near my home. Yelp! Has a feature where you jot down your car's issue. Then, they located shops near me and forwarded my contact info so I could see about getting my car looked at. I turned it in around noon and I got my vehicle back less than 24 hours after I brought it into the shop. The family owned business is honest, friendly, professional and a drive around the block was enough for the mechanic to know what the issue was (rear wheel bearings were shot). When they put it in the lift, they saw one of my struts needed to be replaced as well as rear brake pads when they took the wheel bearings off. The repairs were explained and even showed me the faulty parts when I came back the next morning. I didn't even ask to see it(which is what you should always do). Shop Manager Mike explained everything and mechanic Christian was efficient and thorough. The price was fair and I would definitely come back for any repairs. They're located right in Brooklyn Park.
