We wanted to have four aging faux leather chairs recovered with leather. They had been in the family for years and we wanted to keep them. We called Atlanta Craftsman Interiors and Olivia Russell answered. She asked us to send pictures of the chairs; she gave us an estimate on the work that afternoon. She called to let us know they were having some difficulty determining the actual color of the leather on our chairs. We made an appointment and she and Mr. Russell drove to our house with samples from which to choose. They helped us match the colors. Mrs. Russell gave us a projected completion date and told us they would call when they finished the work. They called some two weeks before the expected completion date. The Russell's again drove to our house to make delivery. The recovered chairs were done excellently. The Russell's were delightful. We recommend them and their work. read more

What I loved most was Olivia's responsiveness - she contacted me within the hour of when I reached out for a quote, and she worked with me every step of the way with the highest levels of professionalism and ease. This is the second time we've used this company to fix broken furniture legs and their work is terrific.

I needed two antique loveseats that I inherited from my grandmother refurbished and reupholstered. Based on some other reviews and photos, I decided to entrust them to Olivia and her crew at Atlanta Craftsman Interiors. I could not be happier with the results! The loveseats needed springs retied both in the seat areas, and also in the backs. I had fabric with a very large repeat, and I requested some specific placement of certain elements. These guys are terrific! They picked up my loveseats, took fabric and paint to touch up the woodwork my daughter and I had just painted, and a few short weeks later they delivered two perfect loveseats to our living room. OMG, these people are incredible! We had Atlanta Craftsman reupholster an old wing chair we've had for nearly 45 years (and it was probably that old when we got it). They had to practically rebuild the chair to be able to cover it and they did such an exceptional job it's hard to believe it's the same chair! Olivia also made two sets of pillow covers for the accent pillows on our sofa and loveseat and they are so beautiful! I actually contacted them through this site based on their YELP reviews and and they got right back to me after I sent an email. Olivia came out with a large selection of fabrics and took the time for me to select the fabric in my home, which was a big plus for me. I booked several weeks in advance when I would be on vacation so I would only be without my couch a limited amount of time. Because my couches were the same size, they were able to only have to take one in to make the slipcovers. Olivia's husband came out for the pick up and delivery to make sure it was done correctly, which was also important to me as I live in a high rise that is very strict with their delivery rules. When the couches were delivered, he took the time to show me how to put the covers on correctly. My couches are Hendon with a lot of cording and a pleated skirt and they were basically new, but I wanted a different look for summer. They matched the frame and detail work perfectly! Fantastic detail work. I had a small hole in the fabric of one of the original cushions and they did a great job repairing that for me. Because slipcovers are a different look from upholstery, after a few days I decided I wanted a tighter look on my loose cushions and Olivia immediately offered to pick them up and alter them for me. I really appreciate that kind of service. Their work is excellent, they do a first rate, beautiful job, and they stand behind their services. It doesn't get any better than that. read more
