My custom facial was pure relaxation. Warm, soothing, and so calming I almost fell asleep multiple times. The fear of snoring during a facial is very real and also the highest compliment I can give. What I appreciated most is that she does not push products at all. Instead, she gives real, thoughtful, and insightful information about your skin so you actually understand what you need and why. No pressure. No sales pitch. Just genuine care. It was so good that I immediately booked my daughter for a facial and brow shape and wax as well. That should tell you everything. Everything was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Worse service I ever had. I wasted an hour there, and I left with ruined hands to try to fix at home. Please don't waste you time and money.
