I have always tipped well and respected and liked these women. I told Sadie I was going somewhere else just this once because I couldn't get into her and really needed it done. She obviously took offense to that, and told me it was a good idea to go somewhere else. They don't try to fix it they just block you from putting a review on their Facebook page. I have been in Chico almost my whole life and come from a long line of family businesses, local businesses and I will say that businesses who treat customers/clients like this will only last so long. Our businesses take pride in making sure our customers are completely satisfied even if we don't think they are right we would rather have a happy customer that an unhappy customer. They have done nothing so far to rectify the situation. They'll be others after me but I also know a lot of people in this town and I will be spreading the word of how I was treated. They are snobby, fake and there are plenty of other places to go in town that will respect you as a client.
