Sean gives great cuts, but my appointments consistently start late. Cuts run longer than 15 mins- when I first went to him he gloated about his quick cuts- not anymore. He often initiates conversations that feel inappropriate or intrusive when I'm just trying to relax. On one visit, his children were running around the lobby, causing multiple interruptions and extending the appointment. His station could be cleaner, especially between clients. He recently raised his prices, yet doesn't offer styling with product after the cut. The addition of new stylists--including a barber set up in the lobby--creates an awkward layout, and the new station could use better upkeep. While Sean is very confident in his skills, even calling himself the best barber in the world, the cleanliness and commotion during my visits need improvement. There is ALWAYS something going on: his handyman in and out; him on his phone (for personal reasons), the lack of him being able to read the room; or even simply over sharing.... Horrible job on my haircut. he left extremely long spots on the side of my head that i wasn't able to see until i got home and took a shower and got a closer look. he trimmed one eyebrow and left a stubble... the other eyebrow was bigger because of this. he also left patches all over my face. i assume it's because he thinks he can do a good job in 20 min. i'm sure he can do a good job when he tries but i waited 30min past my scheduled time to get a haircut. he has availability all day because he rushes and i would suggest saving your money and going else where like super cute to get a similar outcome. he did so horrible im embarrassed to show the damage and will be going to another place asap to correct his poor work. i would give him 0 stars if i could.... beware, he loves to show the haircuts where he takes his time. but i promise you sean will botch your hair if he is under any time pressure (almost a grantee because he thinks he can cut anyone's hair in 20min) this dude was also saying some odd things and among them he was trying to convince me NOT TO VOTE... in a pinch he can cut hair but not well... (edit i'm not trying to hurt your feelings, i'm just giving my honest opinion. you did a horrible job with the side of my head, your poor attempt at a line up, my eyebrows, and facial hair. there wasn't one part of my hair that you touched that you didn't halfass and that is sad. sad that you don't hold yourself to higher standards and offer a consistent cut. i usually ask for a touch up if i have an issue with my barber's work but you did so bad i wouldn't come back if you paid me. everyone is entitled to their own opinion i just thought you had some odd advice on voting, there isn't anything about your personality that shaped this review. no hard feelings, just sharing an honest opinion so others can make an informed decision) read more

I'll start off by saying, Sean is very understanding. Communication. You explain to him what you want, and he will deliver. I have no shame in saying I'm losing my hair in the front, genetics, but Sean truly does accommodate. His "waiting room" is a lot better than any place I've gone to. Free massage chair and beverages? Came here a few times to get a haircut and the first couple were ok and I went today and got butchered. The fade is uneven on both sides to the point where it's unbelievably noticeable, and this is a $40.00 haircut. He didn't even clean up my neckline, and I had to come home and shave it myself. I told him every single time do not line me up. I repeat do not line me up. And of course he lines me up, which my hair isn't meant for that. On top of that he cut me twice with the straight razor. This is the worst haircut I have ever received in my life and I paid beyond a premium, $40.00. I will absolutely not be back here ever. read more

Went here for a fix after giving up on a hairstylist who just did not have the relevant training for my preferred hairstyle (asymmetrical pixie fade). He had very little to work with, having just had it cut the day before. I went from almost wanting to cry over how my original cut turned out, to spending a good 5 minutes admiring the back of my head. Perfect fade, amazing precision cut, excellent conversation during the cut. Shop is under construction but it still looks amazing, elegant brass finished furnishings throughout. First cut I had was great. Second one no. He plays games with his styles. The line up on the back of my neck was weird and my eyebrows have a weird shape. Not to mention exposing a scar on the back of my head. I think any stylist that knows what there doing and not playing games would be able to connect the dots on what looks good. Wont be going back. Did not plan on leaving a review good or bad but after seeing the owners arrogant response to many clients who are not happy, I feel I should. Was it the worst haircut? No, but being an Air Force vet who used to get his haircut every Friday at different shops across the country I can tell you that this is not a professional barber. He spent more time telling us about how good of a barber he was, and how fast and efficient he was then listening to me and what I wanted done. Took him 15 min total (which he brags about) , left multiple longs hair behind my ear. Even with his "designer" vibes the cut itself reminded me of sports clips level at best.. read more
