This group of guys laid absolutely beautiful 'top quality' hardwood floors. They did an amazing job - we chose a two tone very good quality hickory floors. 7 years later they look brand new. I was in their shopping center today, and remembered I been meaning to do a review. So 6/7 years later... I just now took a few pics. I flipped area rug to show floor well. Honestly this high traffic area has alway been exposed. I only recently am trying out large area rug (pets love it and high traffic area). Thing is - floors are holding up BETTER THAN ME. GROUP of guys started and in like 2 days, 20 year old carpet up and out, and gorgeous floors installed. 2/3 days - I was like in shock. They were so accommodating with helping me coordinate with my dogs and all details that come with this huge job, such as furniture and dogs... Love floors - they absolutely exceeded my expectations. But after reading those reviews in its entirety. My husband and I decided to give them a call for an estimate. I spoke with Joe the owner of The Paint Pro's. He was able to come out and give me an estimate that same day which was awesome. He arrived at the scheduled appointment time which is always a plus. We told him what we wanted painted but we really didn't have any colors in mind we just knew we needed a paint job. Joe suggested some colors that I would have never considered and little did we know that we would go with those suggested colors and our walls would look amazing. After the estimate the next day we decided that we wanted to go with The Paint Pro's. The price was very reasonable and if Joe feels that you don't need a wall or a room painted, he won't paint it, it not about painting more rooms to get extra money with this company. Joe had such an amazing personality. He was very pleasant, had a great sense of humor and was very knowledgeable about paint. Joe came that same day we called him and spackle the walls. The next day he arrived and began. The job was suppose to take two days. However, Joe finished everything in one day. Brian provided printed contract, naming foreman on site at all times, but Brian was also present several times during the job. Work crew was professional and completed a through clean-up. We have had no problems with the roof/skylights anywhere to date (Jan 2024). The only disappointment was the company used for gutters. They did not clean-up adequately. Pieces of metal were found in the yd for several weeks after they left. They used young workers and their work should be supervised closely before you pay them. We have NO reservations recommending Safe Choice as long as Brian is the owner.
