Ed, yes, I did confirm the day before. I had all the intentions of coming in as I always did. I always looked forward to coming in. I never gave anyone any problems. I love it there. However, since you know your loyal patients, you should take into consideration that maybe something went wrong with your patient the day of instead of slapping a 50$ fine right away. I lost my phone and spent the whole aggravating day trying to locate it. Never found it. 2 weeks later, I got another phone. My whole life was on that phone! Thank God for icloud, but my messages were gone from you, friends, and all my Dr's. I've never written about a company before, but it really hurts me that such a wonderful place can be so cold and cruel. I have talked with Cecilia. I know she and HR can change it, as I have worked with HR. I don't want to leave on a bad note or have a bad record with you. I want you to know that this was not done intentionally. First and foremost I want to say that I was extremely doubtful first walking in, and super hesitant about how I'd feel after physical therapy. However, Suarez Physical Therapy is a fantastic place, and all of the staff have been extremely helpful in my recovery; from showing me new techniques and exercises I can do at home when I'm not here to their overall attitude towards their patients. That's the thing, they don't treat you as just a patient but instead they take the time to get to know you for however long you're there which is not what most businesses tend to do. I was referred to Edwin Suarez PT after a car accident where I was rear ended at a pretty high speed. Many of my friends kept telling me to see a chiropractor! NEVER! The last two chiropractors I went to set me way back in my recovery many years ago. The staff and PT's were all great. They were always accommodating and pleasant even when I wasn't (due to pain). The massage therapist was the greatest!! She always asked if you were comfortable before and during a session. I got so that I looked forward to each of my PT sessions! Brought my 6 month old in to treat her mild Torticollis and after just a couple weeks and a few sessions she's doing so much better! But the office staff there's a female whit glasses and big fit who gives always an attitude and doesn't have patience at all!
