As we know they will provide you with excellent care and instruction, but it is up to us to carry out the plan for ourselves! I received great care while I was there for two different occasions, and if I need to return I know I will return there.

This location is in the Centennial Hills area off of the 215/Durango exit. It's in a plaza with plenty of parking spots. When I arrived at the facility for my first PT appointment on a Wednesday around 3:00 P.M, it was a breeze to check in. I had completed all of the paperwork required online. There are only a few seats in the facility though. Kiana is an amazing physical therapist! She is constantly providing challenges and is knowledgeable! My first appointment focused on getting a clear baseline of where my hand was at. Kiana measured my hand strength, assessed my mobility, and talked through my goals so we could create a plan for the rest of my PT sessions. By the end of that initial visit, we had a solid game plan in place, and I even started some targeted exercises for my right hand to begin improving strength and movement right away. This is the place to go if you need PT! The team members here are outstanding!

We even called prior to arriving at the flamingo location asking if we could be seen for a suspected kidney stone and they said yes come on down. We ended up paying our ER copay for the first facility then got a bill to pay the same ER copay for the second facility! What a scam! We will never do business with Dignity Health again. We asked them if we would be billed twice and they said no we should be fine since it would be a "transfer". Apparently not. They don't know what they are doing and just tell you what you want to hear.

Hard to quantify how negative my experience was…read more After dealing with a hip issue for a while, I asked my dr for a PT referral. I ended up at ATI. From our first meeting, I got a negative vibe from the care provider. I've had PT before, and I know how it should go, and this was not it. He spoke very quickly, and seemed genuinely annoyed when I asked him to slow down, and even more so when I asked questions about his recommendations. I believe in advocating for myself and getting the necessary information in order to do so. At every subsequent appointment, I just felt like a number. I was simply given a series of exercises, and left to my own devices as whoever I was working with moved on the the next patient. No one asked if I were able to do the exercises, or watched to see if my form was correct, just said if it hurt, don't do it. After two weeks I noticed zero improvement. I asked the fast talker if that was unusual. He exasperatedly said no, and they would only be concerned if my pain was worse. On I went for another two weeks. Again, no improvement. I went in at my next visit, and began my usual routine. A person I had not worked with previously casually asked how I was doing. I politely and honestly reported that I was getting frustrated with my lack of results. He said he would report that to Mr. Fast Talker. I told him that might not go great, as I had already experienced that he did not like to be questioned. He walked off to speak to Mr. Fast Talker. I saw that, as expected, he did not look happy (angry) and began to quickly stride in my direction, with the other guy behind him. As I stood there, he sternly said that if I was not able to do as instructed, and simply wanted to complain, that it wasn't going to work out for us to go further. The second guy seemed as shocked as I was. Seriously? I am not allowed to question methods that clearly are not having their intended impact? I could not get out of there fast enough.

I go so much it's like family there. Jena, Delilah, Jacob, Chris, Mark, Tyler, Bryce, Brendan, and I forgot 1 lady's name. But they all take turns coaching me. Now this is NOT a 1 on 1 place. Its never been structured like that. My insurance sends me here everytime and I'm ok with it. Some assistants are better than others-Tyler is really knowledgeable and kicks your butt, Chris and Bryce are also very knowledgeable and are ready for the ice packs at the end. Jasmine the actual pt can do dry needling and cupping. So if you need those specialized treatments be sure to ask when booking your first evaluation appointment. I love this group. They all know me and always greet me with a smile-especially Brendan! Thank you guys for taking care of me, this round!

So the person on the phone then sets up my appointment for the same time I had before 1/27 @ 3 pm with a person named Earl to do my evaluation. I take a few hours off work to get to my appointment and they can't find me again. So I would be an idiot to give them a third shot at wasting my time. As a cancer patient, there are days when attending an appointment is simply not possible. While I fully understand the need for attendance policies, the rigid enforcement here shows no regard for legitimate medical circumstances. A healthcare facility should recognize the difference between negligence and unavoidable illness. After three visits, it became clear that this location is not equipped to provide compassionate patient care. The front desk staff consistently displayed an unwelcoming and dismissive attitude. Requests for assistance were met with curt responses and excuses about being "the only one at the desk," which does not justify poor customer service or disrespectful behavior. The final concern arose when I canceled all future appointments. I received a call that felt less like an interrogation. The tone was intrusive, unprofessional, and entirely unnecessary. A physical therapy clinic serving vulnerable patients should demonstrate empathy, respect, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, the Durango location failed in all three areas. I cannot recommend this facility and hope they take meaningful steps to improve their approach to patient care

My child with autism was recently discharged from the speech therapy solely because she reached an age cutoff. (she is only 15), despite her clear and ongoing need for speech and communication support. Speech therapy is a long-term necessity for autistic children, not something they "outgrow" at specific age. The age should never be a factor in determining whether an autistic teenager receives speech therapy! All autistic children/teenagers are at different levels when it comes to speech. The fact that even the owner of the company was not able to help is incredibly disheartening. Dropping a child from therapy due to age rather than her actual progress is unacceptable and unethical! The therapist just handed me a piece of paper with a list of places to call that offer social group settings for my child which I did has not been successful. Most of these places that I contacted have long wait lists for speech therapy. So now my child is stuck, I am going through a lot of hassle and stress, and Speakeasy is a big Disappointment! This company is failing the autism community, unfortunately!

My 88‑year‑old dad spent 24 days at Trellis Centennial Rehabilitation Facility after a six‑day stay…read moreat Centennial Hills Hospital, where he was treated for malnourishment and severe dehydration caused by a brutal case of shingles. Once he was deemed "medically stable," the hospital transferred him here for physical rehabilitation. Like most patients arriving at Trellis, he came in on a gurney--weak, confused, and suffering from "hospital delirium," a condition I had never heard of until then. He had a long road ahead of him. The facility itself was nicer than I expected: large common areas with plenty of seating, big‑screen TVs at both ends, and a pleasant outdoor courtyard. But the real strength of Trellis is the healthcare staff. They were exceptional. My dad's primary CNA, Aleah, was the standout--truly the star of the show. Watching her care for my dad, I would have believed she was caring for one of her own family members. Even when he was ornery or threw her a curveball, she handled it with patience and grace. His occupational therapist, Raymond, and his physical therapist, Badge, were also excellent. And across the board--from nurses to CNAs to PTs, OTs, nutritionists, and housekeeping--the clinical team was skilled, compassionate, and consistently attentive. They are the reason my dad made real progress. Unfortunately, the administrative side of Trellis is a completely different story. From the moment we arrived, we were handed a stack (well, an electronic stack) of forms. I understand the need for paperwork, but the entire process felt designed more to protect the facility than to support my dad's recovery. The biggest issue involved my dad's macular degeneration treatments. He receives eye injections every seven weeks, and one of those appointments fell during his stay. I started trying to coordinate it a week in advance. His doctor's office explained that because he was a resident at Trellis, Trellis--not Medicare--had to be billed. If they billed Medicare, it would be denied. What followed was a frustrating loop of unanswered messages, unclear answers, and administrative runaround. Despite my efforts, I ultimately had to cancel the appointment. As we approached the 20‑day mark--the point at which Medicare stops covering 100% and the patient becomes responsible for $217 per day--the business office suddenly appeared to say my dad was "nearing his baseline." Interestingly, none of his healthcare providers agreed with that assessment. Still, after five additional days, the administrative staff declared he had reached maximum improvement and discharged him. My dad and I were both uneasy about it, though it did allow me to get him to his eye appointment that same day. Now, nearly two months post‑rehab, my dad is doing better than he was before he got sick--despite the admin team insisting he had "baselined" long ago. Go figure. I do want to acknowledge Julie at the front desk, who was consistently pleasant and helpful in navigating the administrative maze. In the end, I owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to the healthcare workers at Trellis. Their skill and compassion got my dad back on his feet. The administrative staff, however, made an already stressful situation far more difficult than it needed to be. Healthcare workers: 5 stars. Administrative staff: 1 star.

From the moment we walked through the doors, the care, professionalism, and compassion shown by the entire staff was evident. I want to especially recognize Jasmine, the Business Manager. She went above and beyond to help us navigate the financial and administrative side of care -- something that can feel overwhelming in a stressful time. Jasmine was not only knowledgeable, but also kind, patient, and incredibly clear in her explanations. She made the process smooth and took a huge burden off our shoulders. Her compassion and empathy is one of a kind and Trellis is so lucky to have her. Thank you so so much! Equally impressive was Anicka, one of the nurses on staff. Her warmth, attention to detail, and dedication to her patients stood out every single day. She treated my mom with true compassion and dignity, and always took the time to explain what was going on with such empathy and clarity. Post Acute Care (PAM) Rehabilitation Hospital of Centennial Hills is a new, highly efficient,…read morefriendly, and extremely supportive rehabilitation facility. I spent nearly 2 weeks there after an open chest artery aneurysm, a supportive surgical procedure requiring a 15 inch incision from my breastbone to below my navel. During the surgery, my abdominal organs were manipulated, and some structures were cut to improve access to a short, hard-to-reach artery that was inflamed and torturous. The procedure took about 3 hours with 3 vascular surgeons in the OR. Basically, PAM received a relatively immobile patient in a lot of pain, with significant complicating diseases (or comorbidities) - a challenge for any rehab hospital. The team that made the boo boo go bye bye. It may be hard to fathom, but the team at PAM is just that, a real team. Support teams work 12-hour days, but it seemed as though there were many, many more members of the team since my bell never went unanswered, even during shift changes. I required health care (daily doctor visits for general health and wound care), occupational therapy (OT) comprised of routines like toiletry, showering, brushing teeth, etc., and physical therapy (PT) that helped with walking with assistance, gaining strength to remain upright and balanced, to building stamina to increase mobility. Although none of these things were unfamiliar to me, getting any one of them done with a 15-inch chest wound and whatever went on under the skin made every action a challenge, and a team member substantially aided. With 44 beds in the facility, I can only give you some idea of the support I received. Marie did my initial interview, and Arrian was my case manager. Albert was ever-present for wound care. Nurses were largely responsible for medication distribution and directing others to my needs and included Bella, Ferna, Maita, Faye, Sandra, Winnie, Matthew, Fatima, Rhenzo, Lori, Jia, Imani, Michelle, Silas, Skylar, Cecelia, Marichu, Yow, Jean, and Sam, 'The Man', a notably dedicated nurse, and given that all the others were great, this says a lot for Sam. My PT team included Baraka, Bethany, Candice, Connor, Douglas, Eliza, George, Isacic, Lauren, Lucy, Mark, Matthew, Michael, Parisa, Rachel, Rony, Skylar, Tania, and last but not least, Vanessa and Winnie. Ivy and Cyhthia were my dietary champions, righting the wrong of a hospital to rehab error in orders that kept me on a liquid diet longer than needed. Robert kept my room as clean as the Plaza in New York City. Although I hope to stay out of PAM forever, if I need rehab again, I can't imagine a better facility for a speedy recovery. If I missed someone, I apologize. I'll make up for it after my next stay...oh boy. Most importantly, my patient advocate was and remains my wife, Margie, without whom I wouldn't still be around. She has spearheaded support for me and complemented the rehab team.
