I attribute my ability to walk so soon after the second surgery to Ed, Leah, and their amazing assistants.

Instead, Dr. Megan recommended a stem cell treatment, and the results have been amazing. My pain is virtually gone, and I didn't have to go through the long recovery that surgery would've required. Megan took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable with the process. The entire team was professional, kind, and supportive from start to finish.

This practice DOES NOT appreciate and or respects veterans! If you miss 3 or more appointments, you can expect to be fired as a patient at Advanced Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. This is their office policy and they don't care if you're a struggling veteran. They have ZERO empathy and would not bend their office rules for this struggling veteran. Oh c'mon, I'm a veteran with valid reasons for missing these appointments! I missed three (3) appointments, and was literally fired as a patient! They have a policy, after 3 missed appointments no further appointments will be made or allowed. That's right, after missing 3 appointments, they told me to find a different spinal surgeon. I was extremely apologetic about missing my appointments. I informed them that I'm a psych patient through the VA. I missed orthopedic appointments because I was going through some rough times as a veteran. I made it very clear to the medical assistant (Tiffany), I missed appointments because I was at the VA Hospital, in & out as an inpatient. There are always special reasons to deviate from office policies! I should have never been fired as a patient. This situation is deplorable! Even if they broke the rules & I was called to schedule a follow up appointment, I WOULD NOT USE THIS PRACTICE AT ALL! They showed their true colors already-If you're a veteran go to Desert Orthopedists for top notch treatment! This practice, Advanced Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is a dog & pony show! The two doctors are a set of identical twins, which is also part of their show-it truly is a circus! I'm heading to Desert Orthopedists, where veterans like myself are valued patients!

Lalo, Kennedy, Bryce,Matt. & Carlos were all great as were the front desk ladies. There were usually 12-16 clients working out, with often just 1 staff member on the floor. There is NO way they could keep up with what people were doing. And there was one staffer that was super annoying - singing LOUD and dancing like it wasn't a place of business. Yes, it's great to have a nice energy. But loud singing? The initial physical therapist that worked up my plan didn't check on me once in the several weeks I was there. He seemed to know what he was doing in terms of addressing my issue and setting up a plan. But after observing for a few weeks, it seems his main role is to just get people in. This the only PT place I've been to that doesn't have an actual physical therapist working along side me during each and every exercise. At TSPT, after each exercise, the client goes back to the desk, often waiting in line, to find out what the next exercise is. The staff is just reading off a card that lists the exercises. After all the hours I spent there, I did not see ONCE where a staffer went to a client to correct their form during an exercise. What are the odds that every single client is doing every single exercise correctly every single time?!?! One plus, the guy that does the ice/heat therapy is amazing. He's always busy - checking on people, or cleaning the tables, or prepping the ice/heat packs. And he is always super friendly.

This location is in the Centennial Hills area off of the 215/Durango exit. It's in a plaza with plenty of parking spots. When I arrived at the facility for my first PT appointment on a Wednesday around 3:00 P.M, it was a breeze to check in. I had completed all of the paperwork required online. There are only a few seats in the facility though. Kiana is an amazing physical therapist! She is constantly providing challenges and is knowledgeable! My first appointment focused on getting a clear baseline of where my hand was at. Kiana measured my hand strength, assessed my mobility, and talked through my goals so we could create a plan for the rest of my PT sessions. By the end of that initial visit, we had a solid game plan in place, and I even started some targeted exercises for my right hand to begin improving strength and movement right away. This is the place to go if you need PT! The team members here are outstanding!

We ended up paying our ER copay for the first facility then got a bill to pay the same ER copay for the second facility! What a scam! We will never do business with Dignity Health again. We asked them if we would be billed twice and they said no we should be fine since it would be a "transfer". Apparently not. They don't know what they are doing and just tell you what you want to hear.

Not your average PT clinic. THEY CARE!…read more I can't say enough great things about Onward Physical Therapy. Not only the clinic itself being a very clean, intimate, professional space; BUT the clinicians Cailin and Kameron being top notch. I've trusted both of these amazing humans with treating my family and myself. Cailin doing my wife's pelvic floor therapy post parting with our 2nd child, my stepdads back rehabbing, and treating me from small shoulder pain, a minor calf muscle (major pain) and my frequent back spasms. You got an injury new or old? Well they have a treatment and a plan. not only will you feel safe, and heard, and better after your visit. But you're leaving with an actual plan for continued improvement and they follow up! I sincerely wish I can give them a million stars, but 5 is the max!

She fixed my shoulder through weeks of in office and at home exercises paired with some dry needling. I really looked forward to our visits, worth every penny. My favorite part about working with her was that she wasn't just focused on getting me to a place of no pain- she wanted to help me to be my best. I'm a climber and she understood the complexities of shoulder movement needed for climbing and climbing training. Whatever your goals are, she'll help you get there. I'm leaving the office each day with more knowledge of my body and healthy movements and tons of new exercises and stretches that will help me continue to stay healthy on my own.

As a cancer patient, there are days when attending an appointment is simply not possible. While I fully understand the need for attendance policies, the rigid enforcement here shows no regard for legitimate medical circumstances. A healthcare facility should recognize the difference between negligence and unavoidable illness. After three visits, it became clear that this location is not equipped to provide compassionate patient care. The front desk staff consistently displayed an unwelcoming and dismissive attitude. Requests for assistance were met with curt responses and excuses about being "the only one at the desk," which does not justify poor customer service or disrespectful behavior. The final concern arose when I canceled all future appointments. I received a call that felt less like an interrogation. The tone was intrusive, unprofessional, and entirely unnecessary. A physical therapy clinic serving vulnerable patients should demonstrate empathy, respect, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, the Durango location failed in all three areas. I cannot recommend this facility and hope they take meaningful steps to improve their approach to patient care
