I reached out to Cesars Appliance, assuming they could handle a basic warranty repair for a washer pump on my Speed Queen TC5 (brand new). Instead, what followed was weeks of frustration caused by their unprofessionalism and outright negligence. Timeline of Their Utter Failure: * 1/6: Washer pump failed. Called Cesars to schedule a service visit. * 1/8: Vitaly came out, confirmed it was the washer pump, and told me it would take 3-5 days to get the part. No problem, right? * 1/9: Fred (a clueless call center rep) tells me my warranty has been voided because Cesars submitted a claim stating I had tampered with the unit--which was completely false. I had to escalate to the owner, John, who was almost impossible to reach because they use a call center filled with people who don't understand warranty policies. Weeks of Radio Silence & Lies: For two weeks, I heard nothing. I repeatedly called Cesars, only to get the runaround. John admitted he had no idea what was going on. Meanwhile, my brand-new washer sat broken. I finally contacted Speed Queen directly and found out that Cesars basically tattle-tailed on me, submitting a claim that voided my warranty.
