NIGHTMARE - Avoid Cesars Appliance at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Cesars Appliance has been an absolute nightmare, filled with incompetence, miscommunication, and complete disregard for customer service. I reached out to Cesars Appliance, assuming they could handle a basic warranty repair for a washer pump on my Speed Queen TC5 (brand new). Instead, what followed was weeks of frustration caused by their unprofessionalism and outright negligence. Timeline of Their Utter Failure: * 1/6: Washer pump failed. Called Cesars to schedule a service visit. * 1/8: Vitaly came out, confirmed it was the washer pump, and told me it would take 3-5 days to get the part. No problem, right? * 1/9: Fred (a clueless call center rep) tells me my warranty has been voided because Cesars submitted a claim stating I had tampered with the unit--which was completely false. I had to escalate to the owner, John, who was almost impossible to reach because they use a call center filled with people who don't understand warranty policies. Weeks of Radio Silence & Lies: For two weeks, I heard nothing. I repeatedly called Cesars, only to get the runaround. John admitted he had no idea what was going on. Meanwhile, my brand-new washer sat broken. I finally contacted Speed Queen directly and found out that Cesars basically tattle-tailed on me, submitting a claim that voided my warranty. I had to beg Speed Queen to escalate the decision and get my warranty reinstated, delaying the process even further. * 1/30: Vitaly finally returned with the parts-- weeks later. Final Thoughts: Cesars Appliance is an unprofessional, disorganized mess that doesn't care about customers. They voided my warranty based on false claims, caused unnecessary delays, and forced me to do their job by fighting to get my warranty approved. Their call center is useless, Fred is incompetent, and the owner, John, is impossible to reach. If you value your sanity, avoid Cesars Appliance at all costs. Came to my house in mission Vijeo around thanksgiving to repair my Viking refrigerator, after few minutes of checking the unit per servicer, he said it needs compressor and evaporator and going to cost me about $3600. Repair was approved (including part and labor), unit never worked after they repaired it properly so today I had another company here to see if they can repair the unit, well to find out the part he supposedly replace had 12 years of warranty and my unit is only 7 years old. Per Viking authorized servicer parts never been replaced. For those who are planning to separate from hard earning cash ask for parts they supposedly changed. The service guy took time to find out what was wrong with my clothes washer. After looking at his computer fault tool he said there were several things that could be wrong and he said the motor was not working properly. I decided to get a new Whirlpool washer from them at a very fair price. The delivery guys showed up right on time the next day. Ray is the greatest technician ever. And if this review was for him it would be 5 stars. But honestly the customer service of Cesar's and the booking is a nightmare. They have outsourced it and the associates speak horrible English, they call at 9pm, just assign appointments without even calling to try to schedule. I have had Sergio a couple times now - usually I call Caesars for my home but today I had a call for my business office instead of going through the manufacturer -I told my boss we need to call Caesars appliances they're the best in the west! I scheduled an appointment and my favorite tech Sergio showed up happy, he was on time, so polite and he assessed the situation and was able to fix our dishwasher at the office! This company was very frustrating to deal with. We asked them to look at three appliances in our new home which is a six year old house. They apparently can't replace or repair the three appliances we had them look at. We asked them to look at our stove hood, stove and beverage fridge. The tech came for over two hours to diagnose the issues. He said the hood wasn't really worth repairing because he couldn't guarantee it would work well even after the repair. He recommended replacing it and that their company could replace it for us. I asked their sales department which hoods they had available that would fit, they said they'd look and get back to me. They never got back to me. When I emailed them to follow up, they said we don't have anything that will work. For our beverage fridge, the tech sent an invoice for the parts that needed to be replaced. However, they said even with the repairs they don't know if it will work. Why would we pay for a repair that they don't even know will repair the appliance? For our stove, the tech examined it for over an hour and sent an invoice the next day for the repair. Based on the cost, we decided to go ahead with the repair vs buying a replacement. This Sunday I get an automated call that we have an appointment for Monday. I never made this appointment so I called to reschedule. The day of the repair they call and say the tech is on his way and did I see the price for the repair? I say I did and he said we didn't put the labor which will be $450. It's extremely unprofessional of them to hike up the price as their tech is on their way. As I am waiting at home for the repair, they called me again and said they don't know if replacing all of the parts the tech recommended will make my stove work. It currently works but has some issues with the burners clicking. They had a meeting while their tech was on his way and decided they can't repair and said we should replace it, which they could help with. We have zero trust in them repairing or replacing anything. I don't know what kind of appliance repair company can't repair or replace appliances. It's especially disappointing because they were recommended to us by our Sub Zero sales person. read more

He is my refrigerator's best friend, that makes him our best friend too because we are thrilled that our refrigerator is operating so well and for a healthy amount of years .. including the heavily used door water and ice dispenser. Peter came by yesterday to repair a fault code in our Zephr built-in hood. The company (Zephr) thought the problem was a failed circuit board, but Peter diagnosed the issue as simply an internal error, likely brought on by the power going on/off (this is a new home). He then kindly asked me if there were any issues with other appliances, and I told him of a strange buzzing/clicking noise coming from our new built-in Miele frig or freezer. He quickly diagnosed the problem as the ice-maker solenoid that was trying to move water into the ice tray - but we have the water turned off. He then located the menu item that turned off the ice maker - and problem solved. In these 2 examples, Peter demonstrated an ability to diagnose and remedy specific problems. If fact, his ability to rapidly diagnose the freezer noise issue was one that another (in the same company) was unwilling or unable to diagnose. His expertise is exceptional, and his kind and helpful demeanor was greatly appreciated. Our 11 year old microwave broke - the door would not open. It is tucked away in a cubby hole and a unique size, so we wanted to repair it. Sergio came out, figured out how to get to the microwave, took it apart and found the broken part. He then explained all the options: new vs. repair, costs/cost saving and potential problems down the road if repaired. Because of our positive experience with Caesar's, we decided to repair the unit. I needed my refrigerator repaired, and I was connected with Caesar's by the House Happy Concierge service. House Happy provided 3 bids, and after reviewing Caesar's website and reviews, I chose them. They sent a technician named Ben, who was really nice (very kind to my dog), and it became apparent quickly that he was knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, ordered a part, and then he returned a few days later once the part had arrived. He fixed the fridge by installing the new part promptly. Ben was thoughtful, courteous and very professional. Enjoyed the conversation with Ben as well. I have a dryer under warranty with Speed Queen and Caesar's was on their vendor list for repairs. In my experience, warranty repairs are at the bottom of the list for appliance stores, especially since I didn't purchase the unit there. In fact, Caesar's provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in quite some time. They were easy to work with and easy to schedule with. Sergio came out at the beginning of the time frame window provided, which I think was maybe two days after I originally called. I asked for them to call in advance of arrival and they did. (I always ask and it happens maybe 50% of the time). Sergio was polite and efficient. He had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes. He explained the parts needed and the time frame we could expect him back - 10 days or so. On day 5 (on a Sunday!) I received a call to complete the service the following day. Again we received a call prior to Sergio coming out, he arrived at the earlier side of the time frame given and installation took less time than he originally anticipated, and was as pleasant as ever. These guys are masters at over delivering and I will definitely use them again for any of our appliance needs. read more
