After finding the issue was the flame sensor, they thoroughly explained what happened. They helped us complete maintenance on the dryer too to make sure it's lint free. I really liked how they responded right away. But really made me try them out was that they were offering free estimates. I'd say that is super smart. Because average repairs will be just a few hundred bucks at most. So when they give you the estimate, the average person will be OK to fix it. Better than trashing a unit than having to go through the trouble of looking for a new one plus the days of no laundry being done. These guys were able to come quickly give the estimate quickly and repair quickly plus they were super courteous and even showed pictures of the repairs being done.
