Not sure how this place thrives. The employees don't speak English well and had to consult each other when asked questions. We ordered butter pecan ice cream (hubby's fav). We asked for sugar-free ice cream and the employees didn't understand then said "no", then "yes". So, still we don't know what we received. The ice cream was not creamy. She requested that they open a new bag of mint chips from the back if possible since the one they had out was right next to the pecans and thus would cause cross contamination. I have had liquid nitrogen cooled ice cream a few times, and this probably had some of the best texture of the types I've had which was great. That being said, it was quite expensive. Also, unsure if there was a malfunction on the card reader or it was me not pushing buttons hard enough, but I was not able to skip giving a tip (I prefer to tip with cash), which was one of the options presented, so I was forced to give some tip via credit card. The Bernoulli Brulee is consisted of cinnamon, dulce de leche, caramel, Twix, Heath, and vanilla. Man, that was delish! There's a reason why I was eating ice cream for 4 days straight....lol. It starts out with the ice cream in liquid form, then they add toppings and flavors, before blasting the bowl with nitrogen gas and hand mixing it, in order to freeze and turn the mass into ice cream. It is more gimmicky than gourmet - so that's what you are paying for. Tastewise it was similar to Italian style gelato, yet not as smooth. I got a small Bernouli Brulee, which was around $8 for a couple of 1.5 inch scoops served with a thin waffle cone wafer. There was more "topping" than actual ice cream, so I didn't feel as though I got my money's worth. The liquid ice cream was only about a couple tablespoons in total quantity.
