They are not responsive, and don't try to fix problems for customers. I bought a "pre-certified Subaru Impresa" after two year's of having it. The car started giving me problems. I took it to my trusted mechanic and they explained that the dealer should be dealing with a few problems the car was experiencing since it's a certified pre-owned. I called the dealership for months. Spoke to Lena a few times ( who sold me that car) Jeffrey Falk by email, and no response to help me. I don't recommend.

Their own vendor sublet invoice (11 pages long -- I was shown only 3) documents that all four wheels on my vehicle were bent and cracked and were machined and welded instead of replaced. Machining and welding cracked wheels is prohibited under Volvo safety policy and NHTSA regulations. None of this was disclosed at sale. When one of the welds cracked open, the dealership kept my car for two months, refused to replace all four wheels, and tried to charge me storage fees for refusing to take back an unsafe vehicle. They also falsified forward‑facing invoices claiming "NO WORK PERFORMED" and even claimed a "CPO Inspection" was completed -- but when I asked for the checklist, management (John DeAngelis, Frank Nolan, Davin Sanford) told me: "There is no Certified Pre Owned checklist. That is for accounting and regulatory purpose." This dealership concealed illegal structural repairs, falsified inspection records, and retaliated when confronted. Consumers deserve to know this before trusting them with a purchase or repair. . John DeAngelis, Frank Nolan, Davin Sanford, and Jeremy Abrams engage in coercion, threats, intimidation, blatant lying, and fraudulent acts with a total disregard for customer safety -- to the point of exposing people to potentially fatal danger -- all for profit and personal gain. Their conduct reflects a systemic pattern of deception and retaliation that places customers at risk and treats safety obligations as disposable. This behavior is openly sanctioned by Premier Collection CEO Sean Coughlin, who enables and protects it as standard operating procedure. The Premier Collection's attorney, Armand P. Mele, Esq. of Junge & Mele, LLP in Orangeburg, NY, not only endorsed their misconduct but actively participated in the subterfuge, refusing to acknowledge lawful requests for documents and using his position to embolden the company's disregard for regulations, safety obligations, and basic human decency. THE COUGHLIN FAMILY AND THE PREMIER COLLECTION OF DEALERSHIPS SHOULD NEVER BE TRUSTED GIVEN THEIR SANCTIONING & SUPPORT OF THIS KIND OF SYSTEMIC DEADLY PRACTICE FOR PROFIT.

After moving back to the East Coast, I…read moreestablished my service relationship with Land Rover White Plains and have relied on them for all of my warranty service. Recently, my daytime running lamp failed at just 37,000 miles - an issue that many Defender owners are familiar with. The vehicle is only slightly outside of the factory warranty, so I contacted Land Rover North America to ask about a goodwill repair. They advised me that the dealership would need to submit the goodwill request on my behalf. Unfortunately, Land Rover White Plains refused. I was essentially told that because I didn't purchase the vehicle from them, and had only come to them for warranty work, they weren't interested in helping. I wasn't asking the dealership to pay for the repair. I was simply asking them to advocate for a loyal Land Rover owner by submitting a goodwill request, as Land Rover directed me to do. Instead, I was made to feel like my business didn't matter because the original sale happened at another dealership. That's incredibly shortsighted. Dealerships don't just earn future customers at the point of sale - they earn them through service. I'm someone who could very well be in the market for another Land Rover in the future, and this experience has made me seriously reconsider where I'll spend my money. The issue isn't the repair bill - it's the lack of customer advocacy and the unwillingness to help a customer who has chosen to service their vehicle with them. I expected much better from a luxury brand dealership. Luxury ownership is about more than selling cars - it's about standing behind customers. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience with Land Rover White Plains.

Horrible Experience - Dishonest and Rude at Volvo White Plains…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. My car was towed here because I always took my Volvo to the dealer, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I originally called and was told a ballpark price of about $300 for a battery. When I finally managed to tow the car in, they sent me an outrageous estimate for $11,342 - with the battery alone at $628! They also claimed the alternator was bad and added a list of typical items like tires and brakes, but nothing major. When I tried to get clarity, I called multiple times and even texted. Helene, the service advisor, never returned my calls or texts. Completely unprofessional and rude. On top of that, they charged me $280 just for giving me the estimate--nothing was repaired, nothing was fixed. When I came with the tow truck to pick up my car, I was treated poorly yet again. And here's the worst part: when AAA came to help with the tow, their technician ran proper tests on the alternator (the dealer never showed me any test results). The alternator is perfectly fine. Exactly what I suspected--it was only the battery. The AAA technician retested multiple times and confirmed it. So Volvo White Plains tried to upsell me thousands of dollars in unnecessary work, lied about the alternator, refused to communicate, and then charged me almost $300 for the "privilege" of being scammed. In short: Dishonest, rude, and predatory. Do yourself a favor--avoid this dealership at all costs.

Non-existent is a better term. Eli personally took my phone call after a windshield wiper insert I purchased from him did not fit one of the wiper blades on my 2018 Lexus ES350. He immediately took ownership of the problem, did not cast blame elsewhere, and sent a new blade to my home in Florida. I have utilized Ray Catena Lexus for decades prior to retiring. He was helpful throughout the process, explaining that Lexus no longer manufactures the insert for the older wiper blades. He communicated by phone, text and email, and made it his goal to solve the issue. I could not be happier. I was in the area waiting for a call from my service personnel and never received one. He said he called me twice and left a voicemail and assumed that I declined whatever tire work that needed to be done. But I never got the calls and never got the voicemail. Besides that, I drove home and the next morning, my car would not start. Called AAA and they had to come jump the battery. The battery cap was open, it was clearly drained during the service and clearly jumped by the dealership, but no one communicated that to me. Given that I drive a hybrid, and it was a short distance home, I never had the chance to charge up the battery. This led to a delay in going to work the next morning. Both experiences unfortunately led to an unpleasant impression and I am not sure who to reach out to for such concerns. I feel like customers should be communicated to when their battery is drained during service knowing that it's a hybrid vehicle.
