He said sometimes in homes like mine that are very crowded with furniture, they recommend hiring Meathead Movers to help, but that that is pricy. I said hiring movers was not needed last time they installed carpet in my house about ten years ago. I assume that if extra time was needed because I have a house full of furniture, it was included in the bid. Carlos and Eddie installed the carpet. They are consummate professionals and seasoned installers. They were here for 2+ days and did a precise and beautiful job. They were so kind to me and my cats! They asked all the right questions and were friendly and humorous throughout the entire process. Gavin showed up to help with heavy projects. My husband insisted that the new hardwood had to be blended into the old, which with engineered flooring is a difficult job and must be done very carefully to avoid breaking existing boards. I went in on a Thursday morning and needed the materials by Monday morning. Kevin assisted me and showed me all the product in what I was looking for (Toughlock Luxury Vinyl Planking). I picked 5 that I liked, and he checked to see which they would be able to get by Friday afternoon. Of the 5, 4 were available and gave me an estimate. I took home samples of those 4, chose one, and called Kevin with my choice. They ordered it, and it arrived on Friday afternoon. There were a few things I was unsure of, so he called my contractor to make sure we were getting the right materials. My contractor picked everything up on Monday morning, and it was perfect. I will definitely use Flooring Liquidators next time I need any flooring and recommend them to my friends. I've included a few pics of my finished floors.
