Each time, it takes them months to issue a refund for the hundreds of dollars lost on the tickets and the uber ride to my final destination. Currently, for a bus that was broken down and had to be terminated in the beginning of March for a trip that left me and others stranded, I still have not gotten a refund/reimbursement for the trips and it is now end of May.

We were able to knock out 5 wineries/wine tasting rooms and go on the 17 mile drive. Our driver Bill frequently communicated with me via text or calling after dropping us off, where he would be waiting and to let him know when were ready. He also did a good job chasing us around the limo to beat us at opening the door. We got a 6 person limo for 4 people and it was spacious and comfortable. The inside of the limo was very clean and new. It came stocked with vodka, champagne, sodas and water. They also have the changing color lights on the walls and ceiling of the limo for ambiance. Overall I would highly recommend this company for limo services and definitely for any future transportation needs in Monterey/Carmel area. Gorgeous scenery and views out the windows while hubby and I sat holding hands in back seat. He also drove us to the military cemetery as my husband is a Viet Nam veteran. I think that if i had to find a negative...the front passenger seat had a whiplash protection pad...it blocked a lot of my view when sitting in back seat. Had to constantly look around it.
