Per hotel staff the hotel opened in 2019 so really new. The furniture in the lobby and room is modern. They have a restaurant in the hotel also. We checked in at 12 and our room of choice on our floor of choice was available. Check in was quick and easy. I also was able to use my Hilton app for the digital key which was helpful b/c we left the key in the room on accident as soon as we walked out. 6th floor hallway was very airy and fresh. The King Room w/ Sofa bed was very spacious. Large bathroom with walk in shower, no tub! Just how we like it. Long vanity in the bathroom and wide mirror. Also full length mirror in the room. Our room looked out to some type of mill and one of the rivers but at night it looked like a view of a city with all the pretty lights but it really was just the factory. Bed was comfortable to Hilton standards and there was more than enough outlets and USB ports available for our electronics. Only con was that housekeeping must have forgotten to grab the trash as there were used q-tips in the bathroom bin. All and all I would definitely stay here again if need be!

I could not stay in there. The room provided a large jetted tub and a couch that would not pull out. We went back down to the front desk and asked for a different room because of the smell and because we had our daughter with us who was too tall to sleep on the couch. So after 20 minutes we were able to get the room we reserved originally. Pillows were half pillows. We asked if we could get more and were told by front desk that we had enough. The Hallway carpets were stained. There is one washer and one dryer on the property located on the main floor that requires quarters. We went to the Front desk to ask if we could get change for the laundry facility and were told by the night shift they didn't have quarters however miraculously the morning shift had quarters. Breakfast consisted of pre heated eggs, round sausage patties, white gravy, waffle mix, a few options for cereal, 2% milk, cold biscuits, pre packaged muffins, 2 options for bagels (neither were plain). The eggs and sausage were edible if you smother it in tasteless gravy. Customer service is lacking at this hotel and I would prefer not to stay here again.

We got to our room and it was filthy. Crumbs and stuff in the air conditioner, stains on the couch, grease marks on the desk, drinks in the fridge, and the pillows were yellow. It was disgusting. There was also dirt marks on the sheets, like someone got into the bed after rolling in the mud. When we called down to the front desk to see if we could have our rooms changed, and the "manager" came down to "inspect" the complaints after saying I was lying over the phone. When she got to my room, she, more or less, told me to get over it. She said that she'd have housekeeping change the sheets, but the yellow pillows were fine, and the filthy couch and air conditioner were fine. I refused to use those pillows, and I still can't believe that she said it was normal to have yellow pillows. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone, between the terrible customer service and nasty rooms, I think this place should be shut down. You're better off going to Home2 suites not far down the road.

Weird that there is kind of an ATM bank counter feel and no chairs, nowhere to sit and wait when there are 9 people ahead of you. 2. Separate entry for when you come in. So, after checking in you have to go back outside and then come in the door immediately beside the lobby door. Why on earth isn't there a door to the left that just goes into the hallway to the rooms? 3. I'm okay with not fancy lobbies, but this morning i would have liked a place to go at 6am while my husband was still sleeping. But there is no common area where you can go and read the paper/drink a coffee. 4. The pipes. I'm on the third floor, and at about 5am the water started running to hotel room showers throughout the building. it is 9:15am, and the water has not stopped. It is incessant, loud, and I feel like I'm inside the Hoover Dam (see item 3, needing a place to go at 6am... because of being wide awake). It's driving me crazy, and I'm looking forward to getting out of here today. Side note: my husband doesn't notice it. He said it is kind of like "white noise" to him, like the heater blowing. Perhaps I'm over sensitive but really, someone should have taken the time to properly insulate where the pipes run. I've never stayed in a hotel with this issue. 5. Shower fixtures, while being brand new, could use some help. When I turned on the shower, about 80% of the water continued to come out of the faucet and 20% through the showered. That seemed wasteful, and also made the water pressure not great. That should never be. Think of the amount of water wasted there. 6. Front entry/first floor stank of cigarette smoke, like people on the first floor were smoking in their rooms, or making absolutely no effort to smoke outside. It was a gross welcoming into the separate entry. Here are the "good" 1. Everything is new and clean. Compared to the previous reviews and pictures, they obviously have done a great job of cleaning everything up. 2. Heater/AC unit is brand new, quiet purr, efficient, great. Best one I've ever seen in a hotel 3. Front desk check-in lady was exceptionally busy and I felt that she was probably stressed/overwhelmed but she was gracious, kind, and got her stuff done. Including running into the separate entry hallway to clean up a dropped 6pack of beer that one of the first floor guests dropped (and left). 4. Beds are tremendously comfy. I was able to fall asleep quickly and slept through the night without waking up (which is weird for me...) until the water pipes started singing. 5. Free wifi for guests without having to sign up for some membership to the hotel, or access via putting in a room password. Boom. In. 6. The price. We paid in the low 60s for this, and for years and years we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express up by the mall and can't get in there at all (booked solid due to contractors mostly) and the prices they are asking .... ridiculous. I was a little gun shy at the affordability (see my review of the Willcox hotel in Arizona) but I'm pleasantly surprised that it's as nice as it is overall.
