On the morning of the estimate I get a text approximately 40 mins before the estimate saying the appointment needed to be cancelled and they would call the following week to reschedule.....and they never did. Another local company got the business. If they can't complete something as simple as an estimate, I wouldn't trust to do the work.

Sikma did the plumbing on our brand new house. Within the year, I noticed leaking around my kitchen…read moresink. My husband opened the cabinets to have a look and due to (sikma says was faulty, I don't know) a faulty seal, the seal exploded and the seal and whatever else that flew out almost hit my husband in the face. It would have seriously injured him if it had. We immediately cleaned up the flood of water all over the hardwood floors and even down into our basement. We went out and bought big fans and a dehumidifier and sikma (I'm guessing because our builder called them, I've never been able to get anyone on the phone) came out the next day to fix it. They replaced the seal and drilled holes into my kick plate to place another dehumidifier. After that they came back to get their equipment then sent someone out to measure the kick plate to replace it. I haven't seen or heard from them since and that was almost two years ago. I have called numerous times, left messages and even sent them a messege on messenger, nothing. I still have holes in my kick plate and now two of my showers drip constantly. After we went out and spent hundreds of dollars on fans and dehumidifiers to save our floors so that Sikma wouldn't be on the hook to replace them, they can't even come back and replace a kick plate. I would not recommend unless you want a sub par plumber that won't come back and fix the mess that they made.

I was quoted a large price due to Bob saying he had to move my waste stack to repair my check valve…read moreeven thou he hadn't busted up the concrete yet to make that determination it was included in my estimated price. Once they busted up the concrete it was determined that they wouldn't have to move the waste stack, and replaced the check valve. I was only discounted $300 off my bill. I'm sure it cost significantly more to move a waste stack. I found this company to be high priced but my neighbors referred them and said they do good work so i choose them to replace my check valve.
