I came here on a Tuesday around 11am for my lunch break and it was not crowded at all. You can order at the kiosks or up at the front with the staff. I ordered at the kiosk and got my order fairly quick. Staff was friendly upon getting my order up at the front. I got the bibim rice burger combo and added the cheese shaken fries. My son has been wanting to take me to this Korean Fast Food hamburger place snd the two of us were finally in the area together. I don't know if it was a blessing or a curse because when we arrived, the drive thru line was wrapping around the parking lot and the line to walk up was out the door. But it turned out to be a blessing because in celebration of Mother's Day, their shrimp burger sandwich was a dollar each. Luckily the walk up line was a lot faster than the drive thru. I was impressed with how well controlled they had it. We made it up to the counter and we were allowed to order three of the shrimp burgers for a dollar each and we got the bulgogi burger combo. They said it could take up to an hour for our order to be ready, but it only took a half an hour which was very pleasing. The shrimp burger was my favorite. The crispy shrimp patty with the light tartar sauce. The bulgogi patty was different. I thought it was quite sweet with the bulgogi sauce that they put. The cheesy shaken fries were a nice complement to the sandwiches. As crowded as they were, I was not overwhelmed with the crowds of people and like I said, how the staff took care of all the orders in a true fast food manner and we had no errors to our order. Parking was easy to find, which made the visit off to a great start. You can order either at the kiosk or directly at the counter. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time, though it wasn't as warm as we hoped. Lotteria was better than I expected and I'm so happy I made the trek out to Fullerton to check it out! Lotteria is a popular fast-food spot in Korea started way back in 1972. I am surprised they picked Fullerton for their first US location as if in the city, this place would be poppin'. My friend and I went on a Saturday early evening and it was not busy at all. Only a couple other tables besides us were sat and only a couple cars went through the Drive-Thru while we were there. Big parking lot serving many businesses but it shouldn't be a problem finding a spot. If dining in or stepping in for take out, order on the iPad then grab your order from the counter once it's ready. They had a good amount of indoor seating with highchairs available, plus a really nice patio area. The tables were all clean & felt relaxed despite being along a busy street. They even had cute little battery-operated candles on the tables, awwww! On the menu, there are a few items from Korea you won't see at this US location but they have most of the basics. Burgers are the main thing here and in order of deliciousness to me, they're ranked: 1.Shrimp Burger - it's just so darn crispy with chunks of shrimp inside! 2. Bulgogi Burger - i need to try the deluxe next time but the basic had delicious flavor. 3. Bibim Rice Burger - this is fun but messy to eat with it's rice patties. it feel apart pretty quickly but if you like spicy gochujang, you'll love this. I loved the shake it chicken, both the cheese and onion flavors were great. I would skip getting the chicken again though because there wasn't much meat under all that deep fried breading. They looked much more plump in the stock photos. The Shake It Chicken was good flavor but I like my protein! What can I say but....Yum! To be honest, this was not a place I look out for, but my husband wanted to try their burgers. Two weeks later, here we are. Their burgers here really surprised me in the best possible way. The texture of the meat was juicy and packed with flavor. I really enjoyed the pickle taste, wish for more of it. The meats were not dry or overly greasy like some burger spots that I've had. Honestly, you can tell that they focus on the quality of the meat, and it really makes the burger stand out. I also tried their shaker fries, which instantly reminded me of the shaker fries you find in the Philippines. I've missed it so much during our trip. I was pretty excited I was able to go to Fullerton this week because I've been wondering what this place tasted like. I thought of originally ordering two burgers, but discovered that they had a burger that combined both the shrimp and the bulgogi patty together, thanks to the really helpful recommendation from the server. In addition to that, I tried some of the chicken shakers with an onion seasoning, along with a bingsoo, all to the recommendation of the server. First, I was really happy with how the burger turned out. Eating all of the patties together really was something special, but also individually taking bites out of each the shrimp and the bulgogi patties didn't disappoint either. They were both high quality patties with a lot of flavor, which I found a bit surprising because I typically don't like the taste of bulgogi (but I guess that's what happens when you eat it all the time growing up). I'd definitely recommend getting the shrimp bulgogi burger for sure. That recommendation from the server was spot on. The bingsoo, another recommendation, was full of flavor and had a lot of toppings. I was surprised at the end of it too, because when I went outside, I felt like I needed a jacket because that's how chilled I felt after eating it. I really enjoyed this mixture of shaved ice, a vanilla like flavor and the toppings. The only downside is I think they freeze the flower cookie at the top, so it's a bit harder than it would be if it was served at room temperature. But this was definitely worth getting too! For the chicken, I don't know. I went off script here and feel like fries would've been a better choice... I'm kinda disappointed I didn't try the fries instead. Like it's good, but you can get better chicken elsewhere... Also the onion seasoning that you shake in a bag to coat the chicken was pretty sweet. I think a little more sweeter than I anticipated. We didn't want to come when it first open due to the fact that it was going to be very crowded and we didn't want to wait hours to try a burger. From what I heard, Lotteria is a great fast food spot in Korea, so I was interested in this opening and finally tried it. It's located in Fullerton, but I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed in this launch. Maybe my expectations were too high, but the food was very much on the "It could've been better" side of things. I'd prefer to drop a 2.5 star, but it's not quite a 3 star in my opinion. The service is good, but I want to focus on the food itself here. I tried the bibim rice burger and shake it fries. The burger was genuinely just a good concept. I'm sure it's executed better in Korea, but it wasn't that good in my opinion when I tried it. Tried Lotteria out of curiosity -- Korean fast food with some unique menu items you don't see every day. I ordered the Bibim Rice Burger with fries, and it was definitely an interesting experience. As a Korean, Lotteria is my favorite fast food in Korea, so I was very excited to try it here. Overall, it was good. But as someone from NorCal, would I come again? It's good a worth a try. I've been wanting to check out this place all summer but I heard there were super long lines. I visited recently about an hour before their closing time and there was absolutely no wait. Glad we waited. Don't get me wrong. The food is good. And this is definitely a unique taste. It's just not, stand in line for hours good. I had a shrimp burger, which is pretty much a "fish filet" you would get anywhere else. The bulogogi burger on the other hand, is packed full of flavor, almost like a teriyaki burger. You can even get the bulogogi in a rice bowl. I finally made it in to Lotteria. After months of hearing disappointing reviews and feedback about this place, I tried the shrimp burger, rice burger, and their shake fries. On the Shrimp burger, I added onions and toasted buns due to people complaining the bread was soggy. This sandwhich is only good when you eat it right away. If you do take out, it gets soggy and messy. I ate half there and took the other half home. Put it back in air fryer. Shake fries, they put the fries in a bag and you can choose the artificial of seasoning of cheese, or onion, and shake it up in the bag. They taste very artificial. Not a fan of the seasoning. The onion seasoning has a slight sweet aftertaste to it and was not good at all. Bibim rice burger was just OK. The rice could of been more crisper. It didn't hold the burger well and falls apart all over the place like a hot mess. This place has so much potential if they revamped the recipe a little bit. I honestly dislike giving reviews like this but scroll through my pictures and you'll see why it's meh. Starting out, walking in. There's a cashier where you can place your order with or two touchscreens you can use. I was there for the TXT post card promotion. And I placed my order with the cashier, paid and got my receipt. My order was called and I received my order. I realized that they didn't give me my postcards. I went back up there and the girl was like no I gave you everything. I explained that I didn't get my postcards with my meal. We found out that the cashier didn't add my postcards to the meal. The way that was handled was horrible. Fine I received my cards. I needed ketchup, which you have to ask for, rather than them offering it. While I was standing there, four people just looked at me and didn't approach the counter. I stood there for a few minutes awkwardly, and yes, the girl that I talked re:photo cards refused to even look at me. Sigh. The food. I don't understand, the bulgogi burger and that sauce? It was overly sweet. It was just not appealing. The shrimp burger was ok, but was overly sauced with their special sauce. The shake fries - I got both flavors were sweet vs savory. The way the food was packaged and served, was just uh appealing. Things were slapped together and overly sauced. See pix, and that's after trying to make the food more presentable. Nice to have every once in a while. I've pretty much tried all the burgers except the bibim- rice burger. So far it's good, the shake it fries are good as well. Service has always been friendly and fairly quick each time. Even my dog approves of the shrimp burger read more

We headed to Lotteria about a month after opening. The massive lines were gone, so now is the time to start visiting them. They have fries that come in a bag and you get to choose a seasoning to shake on it. Turns out I do not like either of their seasonings. I would rather have it with ketchup only. I did not like the Bulgolgi burger. It was small and too sweet from the sauce. I did love the shrimp burger. Next time I go, I'll grab 2! They also have a drive thru, so eating here is very convenient. read more

Lotterria is great for what it is. Ultimately it's not fine dining. It's fast food. Like McDonalds but Korean. If you're expecting fine dining, go somewhere else. We ordered a fried shrimp burger, beef bulgolgi burger, and bulgolgi fries. Everything tasted as fast food would. But the fun of it was that there were Korean kicks to everything. I don't think I'd come back often as I'm not really into fast food. However if I wanted fast food, it's nice to have a Korean-ified option. I wish there were more Lotterrias.
