Taco de Chicharron. Look at the chicharron tho....
    Louis P.

Was referred here by a local Golf bro we got paired up with while playing Fullerton Golf course. He swore their tacos de Chicharron were legit. Man it was totally worth the stop. I got a Taco de Chicharron so yummy. Also had a Torta de Carnitas, gotta say ill def be back for those 2 things. They use a different type of bread for their Tortas. Its smaller, softer and makes a difference. So good. Place is small, looks like its been in the community fir a while, we just found it by coincidence but so glad we did.

Great Service and Food. Did a order of 3 Lbs of pork carnitas, large rice and beans and pico de gallo salsa. Have eaten on site before and. Every time I order something different. Always good. They have five booths that can seat four people each. Two indoor tables for two people each and a outdoor round picnic table that seats eight people. Come early on Saturday or Sunday as the carnitas run out. This is. The current menus as of 4/1/2025. Please call to find out current pricing.

Hard shell carnitas tacos & chicken flautas (taquitos)

Whenever we can't decide on dinner, Q Tortas is one of our go-to's because it just hits the spot every time. Their chicken flautas (basically taquitos) are amazing and come topped with crema, green sauce and shredded lettuce. Another favorite is their hard shell carnitas tacos which comes filled with refried beans on the bottom, meat, lettuce, sharp cheddar cheese & sour cream. If you're in the mood to split a meal, go for the carnitas nachos...you will not be disappointed!

Authentic and iconic! If you want a real taste of Mexican food and a small location to eat and enjoy, then you found it. My wife grew up eating here and even after 13 years away it is still excellent! The carnitas tacos with pico is the way to go. Get chips and the red salsa but be ready for a bit of heat and a drippy nose! The beans are also very good. You can't go wrong so order up!

The red sauce was delicious and all the cheese I could ask for. The courtesy chips are nice and crunchy and the salsa had a nice kick to it too. Our servers were so polite and attentive. We found a table and sat for a brief time before a very nice lady came by to greet us. I'm guessing she was busy and that might have been the reason for the slow service. She was very nice and friendly. She brought chips and salsa. The chips were thick and unsalted. So the crunch was heavy. The salsa was tasty and was pleasantly spicy. I had chilaquiles. They were covered in a red sauce and cheese. They weren't crunchy but more chewy. The rice and beans were delicious. And the plate covered with 2 well fried eggs. The place was clean and the tables spaced to give room for each without being crowded. For me, the food was good but not very memorable. The service a bit slow although the 2 ladies were very nice but busy.

The bartender seemed far more interested in talking to people at the bar than helping us. At least there was TVs to watch waiting for some service which was nonexistent here. We were about to move to the dining area when the bartender finally came over to take our order. I asked for no onions and ordered a Bloody Mary. The food came out with onions, and the Bloody Mary never showed up at all. Kind of wondered why we even had to order and just let them bring out what they think you want or don't want. We also received some guacamole which we never ordered. WTF???!!!??? couldn't even get our order right. We were just forgotten as the bartender never came around to check anything. She just stayed at the bar area talking to a few people that she knew. If you're not going to provide service than way go to work???? This place is terribly managed, and honestly, it's not surprising that most of the other locations have closed. If you want any kind of service, don't sit in the bar area. The food itself was decent, but it doesn't matter much when they can't follow simple requests--or just don't care. This was my last visit. Good luck.
