They don't take subway coupons The owner literally let us walk out of the store without buying anything. We went across the street to ingles to buy 2 subs. Worker says that "corporate doesn't pay them back for the coupons". Not a good way to run a business. even if you make less money by me using a coupon at least I've bought something and you made a couple of bucks. read more

I was just at the Subway and ordered 2 footlong subs philly steak if you are going to sell steak and cheese call it that a Philly steak and cheese is with cooked together onion and peppers with steak and that would be a Philly steak and cheese, second footlong was a rotisarie chicken build it your way .I asked for bacon I got almost raw bacon on it not cooked she toasted my sub and i did not want that. I guess she did not realize you cook the bacon before you add it to a sub. Got home had to take the sub apart and find 3 small stripe of uncooked bacon on a footlong sub place in on a paper towel and cook it in the mircowave. I almost did not eat due to the uncooked bacon that was on it.I payed $11.99 for the all bad sub. I believe I will go to a different Subway. My 83 year old mom and I just came from the Subway on 4408 SC Hwy 24,Anderson SC 29625 First we were in line and the store was packed, there was a guy making the sandwiches and a girl by the name of Ashley Henry who was putting on the toppings, the man in front of us ordered a spicy italian and the girl counted the meat and took off two pieces and threw them back into the bin to serve to someone else, I said to the guy that wasnt nice and unsanitary.. I then proceeded to have my sandwich made and she pulled my melted cheese off and counted my meat. I ordered water and so did my mom, my mom pushed the button and high sea came out because you have to hit the water button, which she didnt know, we started to eat and Ashley came over and grabbed our drinks and told us to get out of the store she didnt like theves, I was confused and so was everyone else in the store, she then grabbed our food out of my moms hands and off the table, we just sat there in awh she came back and through the bag of food on our table and said get out, I said i wanted a refund and she said I called the police, so I waited for the police, two police officers from Anderson County SC came and wrote me and my mother up for Trespassing, Never in my life have I been treated this way, I will never go to Subway again and Hopefully someone reads this review and that Ashley Henry is taught how to deal with customers. I give this play 4.75 stars out of 5 The manager is really nice and pleasant. Once you walk in you get a warm welcome. As soon as you start to order each other greets you and helps prepare your order. The restaurant is clean and well prepped. Im a huge tea drinker and the tea was fresh. I order the sweet onion chicken teriyaki and i have to say, It was AMAZING. The ingredients were fresh, juicy, and just GREAT. i enjoy my experience at this subway and i would recommend it to anyone who loves subway! read more

This place felt extremely unsanitary!! So there was a huge puddle of water on the floor, and the floor was in major need of a cleaning. What really got me was the workers are not wearing hairnets or anything on the heads. The girls hair was literally hanging right over my sandwich Then, she goes to refill the mayo bottle and guess what, she uses her shirt to open the bottle and the cap falls onto the floor, and she just picks it back up as if nothing happened. I would like to make a comment towards Kim V. review on 5/16/2019 at 4409 subway 24 anderson I was the gentlemen in front of her and her mother. The young lady making my sub on this day did not take any meat off my sub and toss it back into the bin. I go to this location often and she is always very pleasant and cheerful along with the other employees that have made my subs. On this day I decided to eat in since I had a longer lunch hour. The ladies sat at the table in front of me. Both ladies had water cups. one was filled with sprite and the other women filled hers with vitaminwater zero. the young lady behind the counter did in deed come out and confronted the two ladies. Telling them this was the 3rd time she has had issues with them ordering water and stealing fountain drinks. She asked them to leave the store and the women refused. She picked up there trays and took them behind the counter and wrapped them up. brought them back and told them to leave again. the ladies refused and said they are calling the police. the young lady said good she was calling them to since they were refusing to leave the store and walked off. I'm unsure what happened by the time the police got there because my lunch hour was almost up and I left. All I can say is these women were clearly stealing and they got off way to easy with a small trespassing. The young lady working should have pressed chargers.
