I took the piece to the employee working the to go counter and she offered to remake our order and refunded by husband's card. I appreciate the business making it right. Disappointed doesn't even cover it. so now when I see your restaurant I just give up and either try to make it home or go to the other restaurants. I had family from out of town trying to get a quick bite and they had a 45 minute wait for their food. When they got it the food was cold. You need to do better.
