First time trying this place and it was delicious! We ordered a double smash burger, Kitchin' Chicken Sandy, onion rings and the garden salad. Burger was well-seasoned and I really liked the burger sauce, asked for extra sauce and there was no charge. Chicken sandwich was very flavorful, crispy and we liked that they use chicken thighs. Onion rings were crispy and tasty. I usually dunk onion rings in ketchup but they tasted perfect just as they were. For the smash burger only. I want to like it but all I taste is the bun. It's huge and dense. I'm wondering if they ran out of what they usually use since this is their signature item. This place is a gem that is slightly off the beaten path in Endicott. I highly recommend a visit. First, let's start with the burgers. They are fantastic! For me, they are best eaten with limited toppings and no sauce. I'm not a huge fan of their burger sauce but others seem to like it but if you leave the sauce you get the full flavor of the burger and seasoning. I recently had to make a visit with a group to that place where there are nearly half a dozen guys that make burgers and as a test, I tried eating it the same way I'd eat it at here and discovered there was absolutely NO flavor. The best way to find out if a place makes good burgers is to eat it plain with little to nothing on it because if they are covering it all up with add-ons, they don't have a good burger, they just have cooked meat. TKC doesn't need the sauce but it's there if you want it. Better yet, they are reasonably priced and less expensive than any other burger joint in the area. (We are talking GOOD burgers here, not the fast food chains but even then...still probably cheaper.) Second, they have a fantastic hot honey chicken sandwich that has a lot of chicken on it. It is fried perfectly and the hot honey adds just the right touch of sweet and spicy to give it a wonderful flavor. Finally, sides of onion rings and fries are all done perfectly. I think personally the onion rings have the WIN here but either way you can't go wrong. Oh, and they have ice cream! That isn't the highlight for me, but they have a decent selection of flavors and are reasonably priced. My choice is the non-dairy cookie dough and peanut butter (I think I have the flavor right) and it tastes great. This place seems to always be busy and the owner is always cheerful and friendly. Do yourself a favor and make a visit and in the process support a wonderful local business! You won't regret it. P.S. Adding this - I've taken multiple people here over the past few months and not had a single person disagree with me on how great this place is. So, while the review is mine, I'm quite certain my family and friends would give the exact same 5-star review here. read more

I love smash burgers but this one was hard to eat , but I guess it's a personal preference. It was my first time trying the place the onion rings were tasty but the burger was disappointing for $17 dollars it was not worth it for me. I had a double smash burger I could not taste the meat it was hard to eat it. I just tasted veggies and sauce . But the onion rings were awesome. read more

Ordered a Double Smash Burger, Reg Fries and a drink. Burger was awesome, fries were great (meaty and well seasoned). They only offer one size fountain drink - only slight annoyance was having to get up to refill my drink a couple times. Only suggestion would be to get a little bigger cup. Also got a sundae, and they build them RIGHT! Toppings on the bottom AND the top! Owners work in the restaurant and we're great to talk to - great service! read more

Very good. The smashburger was fantastic , I did however ask for them to put it on French bread and they couldn't for some odd reason. The staff were all young goofballs on their cellphones and did not say hello or thank you. My husband got the kitchin' chicken sandwich which was very good, just a tad bit salty . Fries were good and the bacon honey mustard was chefs kiss. Pasta salad was mediocre..too much oregano. Place was cute but hot as hell. Id stop in again if I were ever out this way. read more

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon. One person in front of us getting ice cream. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, fries and onion rings. I'm not sure if they had to butcher the chickens first or what but it took 27 minutes for our meal. I know that this isn't fast food, and good food isn't fast. However, a chicken sandwich and fries shouldn't take a half hour to cook. On to the food. Nice little place with sandwiches, salads and ice cream. There are a few tables inside but we opted to sit out at the picnic tables. We ordered a double smash burger which was excellent- cooked perfectly and very juicy, We also had the grilled chicken in a wrap (instead of bun) with a garden salad. The wrap was very good and not overly dripping with sauce. We didn't have ice cream this time but we will be back. The cashiers were very friendly and helpful. read more

I don't know the owners or employees. I've got no affiliation with this business. But, I can confidently say that these guys are destined for great things in the culinary world. I've followed their journey from the food truck, to their pop up on State Street, to their current location in Endicott. I've never gotten a bad meal. I've never even gotten something that I could improve upon. This new location offers addicting smashburgers and chicken sandwiches. Both incredible. I ventured outside my usual order today and went with a sub. The half size was enormous and had such fresh ingredients. Eating at this place makes me feel like I'm eating at the McDonald brothers hamburger stand or the original Five Guys restaurant. They're just doing it right and it's only a matter of time before it catches on big time. I simply cannot offer higher praise for this place.
