Guster and the gang pulled up here for an excursion on our hunger. Upon our arrival I could tell the cheddar would be bussin and the meat would be tasteful. When I ordered my double pub burger I instantly smelled the absolute perfection that would be this glorious combination of ingredients. The service provided a lot of helpful information, for example, they allowed me to order my food. When Guster and the gang sat in front of our food storage vessel, we saw water coming from above, but we embraced it as a new friend as the rain was lonely and joined us inside. Large party (12+) that was yelling, screaming, and had multiple orders. After a 10 min wait, we went up to see if our food was ready. It was, and was cold. I guess customer service was only extended to unruly customers. Will take our weekly + visits and $$ spent elsewhere. read more

Stopped because the flavor of the day was one I liked. Sorry I did. Place is dirty, dim, and full of incompetent workers. People were actually being told it would take 20-30 minutes for their food. Dashers were stacking up waiting even. If I had paid for the cone I got instead of using a survey I would have never accepted it. Can't even call it a cone. There was hardly anything on it! Always amazing service. We were sent away at Dairy Queen and told to "go try that a Culver's". And we did. And they had great ice cream, quick service, and knew how to respectfully deal with customers. Always great food, the kindest staff and always worth the visit. Shout out Juniper who took our order! Culvers had to be my new In-N-Out after moving back to the midwest from the west coast in late 2020. I ate here weekly for the first few months. Have slowed down a tad in the last few weeks, but still love to dabble when I can. Most recent purchases have included four pints of vanilla custard. Delicious. I think the fourth one is free, or at least heavily discounted. Get in my belly! Unadventurous orders consistent every time. Double butter burger cheese with ketchup, mayo, grilled onions. Fries with cheese cup. That right there folks is an excellent meal for under $10. They have a ridiculous number of people working back there. I just don't get it. They obviously are busy constantly. With Covid, it is hard to guess what is normal, but the drive through typically has about 6 cars in it if it is slow. Busier times I avoid, since there can be like 12 cars in line. The staff love their jobs and are a pleasure to interact with. They are paid quite well I understand as well. That's how you keep a smile on your employee's faces. read more

I've been here 3x in the last month. Usually order the bacon cheeseburger combo, sometimes a double. Patty's are seasoned well. Toppings can get messy if they put too much mayo on it. Fries are hit or miss if they don't pull them out of the fryer too early. Well run store. Will return and is recommended. read more

Drive through is always so slow! You can easily wait 20 minutes to get food or even 12-15 just to get ice cream. They will park 10-15 cars and sometimes even run out of room to have people wait. This has been going on for years with no change. read more

Cheese curds! When in Wisconsin you have to get cheese curds! I had the curds(of course) with the limited time pub burger with two patties on a pretzel bun with cheese sauce, pickled red onions and crispy bacon. My boy had the chicken tenders and was quite happy. Good, filling, fresh (for fast food). I'm always a Culver's fan. read more

Every time we go here, we always receive HOT food and tastes great. We usually get some sort of kids meal, because the portions are big enough for us, plus you get a free scoop of ice cream coupon on the bag. Save 10 scoopie coupons from the bag and get a free kids meal. Love it. read more

Customer service was horrible two girls told us we had to leave so none of us felt welcome at that Culver's and it took forever for us to get our food because of those girls causing issues very unprofessional. One of them even hashed their personal issues in front of us as well. Just because your going through something personal that doesn't mean to take it out on customers. Nikki mentioned that the customer service was horrible and it still is! Ordered food from the drive threw today and left after 9 min without seeing anyone ever come out. Called the "manager" who was a young kid and told her that if they are experiencing delays like this- they really should inform folks of the delay up front and that it will take 10-15 min before their food is ready. Got the grilled chicken and a cup of soup. A good way to go. The food was hot and fresh. The place is clean. The only surprising part was there was no WiFi. Not a huge deal but all other Culvers that I have been to have WiFi. I'd go back to another Culvers again. I don't make it out to this one too often. read more

Came in on my 30 min lunch break to order and literally waited 20 just to see everyone that ordered after me, get their food and leave. Then when I asked about my food, everyone's looking confused just for the kitchen ppl to say "we never received that ticket". So you received every ticket but mine? Then the person helping me attitude was like, "oh well". At that point I demanded a refund because my whole lunch break was over. I really try not to assume people's thoughts or motives, but I was the only one that looked like me in there, so not sure if that had anything to do with it. I was just very disappointed on my last visit when I got a single scoop dish that contained 3 to 4 oz of chocolate custard and about 1/2 tsp of heath crushed. I had taken a bite out of it but half the dish was intact. The manager felt that it was a little small for their serving but did nothing about it. I have been a Culvers fan for over 10 yrs and am finding it is no longer a good value for my money. I informed the manager this would likely be my last visit to their store, it didn't seem to bother her. I will probably frequent other stores but if I receive only 4 oz or less for $2.50 I will go to other local venders. I did notice at 7:30 pm that they had 6 staff and only about 6 customers, that should tell you others no longer find it a good value. read more

This location was walking distance from our hotel which was awesome! Culvers is that kind of thing that is familiar in a place away from home. There was clean outdoor seating and everything was hot and delicious. I am always a fan of Culvers. read more

This restaurant is always clean and the staff is VERY pleasant! These are some of the nicest people I've encountered at a fast food restaurant. The food is excellent - I try something new every time just to see if I can find something I don't like. Haven't succeeded yet, which is a good thing. Chicken tenders, burgers, chicken sandwich, pot roast sandwich - all good! I would highly recommend Culvers, and this location in particular, if you're looking for a "higher end" fast food restaurant. read more

I have to say I'm disappointed. I tried this location 3 different times and they've messed up my order each time. My first visit, I ordered a deluxe cheeseburger and they didn't put cheese on it. The second visit, they had a seasonal pub burger I ordered and they didn't put any sauce on the burger and it was extremely dry with just a burger patty, cheese, and a bun. Tonight, they had brownie thunder as the flavor of the day. It was suppose to have brownie pieces, salted caramel, and vanilla custard. They put zero salted caramel on it and out of 3 scoops, there was only 4 brownie pieces. I've had great experiences from other Culvers locations. I won't be coming back to this location. read more
