The cashier simply opened the window a fraction of an inch and extended her hand; I gave her my credit card. She then returned my credit card & receipt and shut the glass firmly, without greeting me, thanking me, or in any other way acknowledging my custom. I found this somewhat rude, if I must be honest. At the second window, my order was handed to me by a man who said (and only said), "Here's your order." No "Thank you," or anything else to suggest, again, that my custom was welcome and/or appreciated. When I opened the bag (I had ordered a chicken sandwich) I was appalled to discover that the sandwich had not been assembled, but simply thrown into the clamshell and dropped into the bag. It was an absolutely sloppy mess. The fries were not hot: lukewarm at best and even that's being generous.
