I usually don't review fast food places, but the subway here was a sorry affair. It had nothing to do with the service and had everything to do with the portion size. The counter person gave me the usual four scoops of tuna, but I noticed immediately that the scoop size had changed for the worse. Four scoops on a 12 inch added a layer of less than a quarter inch. I work out of Beaty at least one day a week normally. not many options to eat here so I find myself eating Subway quite often. I order on the app because I get points and it makes it easier for me to swing in and grab it and get back out on the road. This is the third time that I've made sure that it said do not toast my sandwich. This is the third time that they've given me a toasted sandwich. Things still haven't gotten any better now they barely have any toppings and the girl that was working yesterday absolutely didnt want to go get any from the back at all. I almost walked out and just said screw it. I had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at a Subway here. The staff member who made my sandwich (I think her name was Jerdi) was really nice and offered multiple suggestions of how to make my sandwich more tasty that no Subway staff member has ever suggested before. I ordered a veggie sandwich and Jerdi asked if I wanted to include pepper and onions with a little oil on it and sauce on the sandwich before toasting it to bring out the flavors in the veggies. She also asked if I wanted a little salt and pepper on the tomatoes to bring out their flavor. I had never thought about asking for this and really appreciated her going out of her way to make my sandwich as tasty as possible. The building in which Subway is located also sells a number of interesting things and has wild donkeys wandering about (don't feed them, there is a big fine if you do) so it is definitely worth a stop! read more

Subway is Subway in my opinion, the food is consistent at most Subways that I've been to. That said, what made this one stand out was the service received. More specifically the manager of this store Daniel. He went above and beyond to accommodate my group of eleven. I spoke to him the night before about what I needed, he informed his morning employee (who was new), and had her give him a call when I arrived with the order, so he could come in on his day off to assist her with fulfilling the order. My hat is off to him, and the owner of this location should be proud & thrilled to have him on board. Solid! read more

Terrible customer service. After a long road trip I stopped to get a sandwich at subway. I wanted to be in and out and get back on the road but that did not happen. There were three workers, only one of which attended us well. The other two kept talking and messing around with each other instead of paying attention to us. I was waiting for them to make my sandwich, it was like watching grass grow. Then when it was time to check out..20 minutes later, the young man proceeded to take forever and being a smartass with me. I went back to get napkins at the checkout and the same young man called me a jerk. I have no idea why he thought that would be an appropriate thing to say to a customer. Stayed the night in Beatty on our way to Oregon. Everything in that town closed at 9pm so our only options was Dennys and Subway. We got three subs and two drinks and paid $50. The subs were so disgusting that none of us could finish our food. The next couple days we had stomach issues and even threw up the first morning after. This is the worst subway we have ever had and WAY over priced. The worker Jacob spent his whole time complaining about Dennys stating "I worked there before and none of them know how to cook so you made a good choice coming to subway". Drove 70 miles round trip this afternoon to Beatty Nevada, for 3 sandwiches. Was very disappointed and irritated. Ordered 2 BMT sandwiches and 1 Roast Beef. Was told they had NO roast Beef until April. They had no black olives either. The man ahead of me walked out because they did not have the cheese he wanted. The clerks reason for this was " we forgot to order these things". Really? What kind of sandwich shop has no roast beef or other ingredients for their sandwiches?
