So when they finally pulled off, I pulled up and paid, the cashier was kind and asked if we wanted sauce or ketchup but then it happened. We got stuck waiting for our simple #2 for over 10 minutes. At the drive thru. While the staff just glanced at us and kept serving the diners inside. We finally got our order but the guy who handed me the food didn't even apologize for the long wait. The restaurant itself was quite packed, get there early to secure a seat or (see if you can) call ahead of time. The price for the burrito was more expensive than typical places which is why I'd rate it 4/5 stars, otherwise 5 star food!
