Employee Rainyday made my sandwich on the opposite side of the bread also put the cheese and meat in the middle of the bread which just ruined it. The service is not good at most it's alright, the area it's at is nice though but I'd rather get Taco Bell from the Taco Bell right by it the subway. My wife and I stopped in yesterday. A couple younger women were working. We had to wait a little to order as one was finished sweeping. It is good the cleanliness matters here. I haven't been into a Subway in a while and they were kind enough to walk me through everything. I had a turkey sandwich and they fit in lettuce, pickles, mayo, tomato, and a little bit of jalepenos and wrapped it well. They joked that they have had customers want double of all toppings and they made it fit in the sandwich. Not sure how that is possible, but they made a good sandwich. It was clean, they two working were happy and pleasant and smiling, and they made a good sandwich. That's all you can ask for. read more

We went in with the group of four people and we were going to have four sandwiches. It was during the release of Subway coupons and they would not allow us to use our coupons because we had four people. We had 2 different coupons and wanted to do 2 separate transactions. They refused to let us use the 2 coupons and said we could only use one coupon. So we left and went to another restaurant and they lost out on our business We only came here anyway because we had the coupons we went to a much better restaurant so thank you for the experience. read more

Heard y'all don't have an ounce of good business in you as your turnover rate is through the roof. I was told this store is under-staffed so the drive thru is not open which is not helpful for handicapped people such as myself; the app wasn't working right & my order never showed up despite the app giving me a pick-up time for my order; one of the items I had ordered using the app wasn't on this store's menu when I got there. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience & I ended up going elsewhere for food. Most likely I won't be going back to this specific Subway again to use gift coupons I got for my birthday. There was one person working with a line to the door, I stood in line for 30 minutes waiting. While I was waiting, two people behind me were talking and they noticed the person preparing the sandwiches, didn't have her hair pulled back, so they left, saying there was no way they'd eat there. When it was my turn, I said I had a coupon and was told they are only good for "build your own" sandwiches! That's not what the coupon says! So she charged me more for a ham and turkey sub. If this is for the Bellevue location- Called tonite at 6:45 pm. Asked a gal that answered if they make "party subs" as advertised on your website. She had no clue. Asked someone in background- said - after asking co worker - "with 24 hours notice". I asked how much - asked co worker- he said to "look on website" (prices aren't on there, by the way). Guess this Subway must be very popular, because the owners could careless about their customers and employees. Husband went in on a Thursday night around 5:30. Only one employee and she messed up the order for 2 foot long and one salad, no choppy please. Well guess she did her best, under the circumstances. Also, portions were very small. Wow. This must be the most skimpiest Subway I have ever gone to. Got a footlong and got 5 pieces of spinach, 5 olives, 4 Jalapeños and a quarter of my sandwich was missing lettuce and a cucumber. So your staff eats while working directly with customers. Kind of un professional. Granite I know it's subway but the girl eating a cookie and ringing up customers and then grabbing tongs and getting my cookies out. The boy who made my sandwich clearly needs more training. Putting things on the sandwich when I didn't ask for it and then taking them off and throwing them back into the container. I know we have masks on but I was speaking clearly. I've traveled a lot around the US. This Subway store is by far the cleanest and aesthetically pleasing to the eye in my Subway experience. Nicole at the counter was pleasant and helpful. I came here a couple of weeks ago and it mattered enough for me to come back to review it even now. I did have friendly service, but what flabbergasted me was the way my sandwich was made. I ordered a veggie sandwich and started going down the line of veggies that I wanted on my sandwich. I started with spinach. The person making my sandwich put 3 pieces of spinach on there so I asked if they could put a little more. They might have added 3-4 more leaves of spinach and so I asked for a little more. The person then stated that they were sorry but had to "start with the Subway amount", before adding a little more spinach. When I ordered 1 chocolate chip cookie with my combo, I received a comment about offsetting my veggie sandwich with a cookie. I Did a mobile order and waited almost 1 hour for it, I had to go in and get in line to wait for my food, only good thing I can say was that the guy who started my food was great and was trying to get it done fast as possible but at the time being he was the only on on the line and having multiple people walk in he had to stop and help him, when the second guy came out to help him he had a shoe lace as a belt and HIS A** was hanging out then when the second guy stepped in to help finish up my order he dropped part of my food in the onions( cross contamination plus if I was allergic I would have been sent to the hospital if I would have eaten it but thankfully I'm not allergic) I know how a subway works, I used to work in one myself and there should be more than one person on the line helping the costumer's. He was very quick and evenly distributed the ingredients onto each of our sandwiches perfectly, not to mention they were all perfectly proportioned. A buddy and I went to get wraps here because we were on the east side of Bend, we will not go back. The short, older woman that made our wraps was the least friendly, least welcoming and stingiest "sandwich artist" I've ever met. When I asked for olives on my wrap she put 4 olive slices on. I kinda laughed a little and asked if I could have more than 4 slices of olive. She added 3 more slices! Then she had the nerve to tell me that they have to start with the recommended serving size! What?! That's not even 1 whole olive. When my buddy went through the line she did the same things to him. We both took it in stride, it was almost funny how ridiculous it was. But decided to do the "take a survey" thing, so that whoever is in charge knows the face that is being put forward to the customers. Horrible service! We chose this subway because of it's 24 hour drive through. We pulled up to the drive through at 6:45am and get the automated message that says "your sandwich artist will be with you shortly". We waited 10 minutes with no response so we pulled up to the drive up window. We saw the employee inside and he ignored is so we pulled around the front and saw the lobby opened at 7am. So we waited until 7 and tried to go in but the door was locked. The employee did not come to open the door until 7:10. When we tried to order the employee told us we had to wait 15 more minutes for the toaster to warm up. By this time we had to leave! That was ridiculous.
