But, considering the price (reasonably low) and considering the quality of the employees (generally polite and kind and considerate), it deserves the five stars in comparison to both other Subways and other places to eat in Benson. I'm always politely asked what bread I want, what cheese I want, if I want it toasted, what toppings I want, etc. etc. etc. And then the sandwich is made correctly. I generally end up feeling like the employee actually cares about my satisfaction and is willing to do what she or he can to insure I'm happy. And that is pretty good for a sandwich place!

We drove right up to the ordering kiosk and placed our order relatively quickly, but then we waited in the line to pay and receive our food way too long. My husband even exited the car, stopped at the nearby Safeway to grab some groceries, and walked home before I could get our food and drive home. I ordered the 4 for $4 deal with a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, 4 piece chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. All of these were typical Arby's food quality and I liked the flavor of them. I will continue to eat at Arby's but may not return here unless I have extra time to kill waiting in the line.

Literally had the best experience today -- and it was just a drive-through!…read more I went to grab myself an iced coffee and told the server to make it less sweet. She mentioned it might not turn out great since the drink is just naturally really sweet overall. But when she handed it back to me, she said she tried her best, and I noticed she even added whipped cream on top and sprinkled some oreo crumbs for me I already thought that was incredibly sweet of her, but then she went even further, she said I didn't need to pay. I kept insisting, like "Noo, nooo, noooo!" but she just smiled and closed the window. I don't know her name, but she had colorful braces -- and hey, if you're somehow reading this, I just wanted to say the biggest thank you ever. You truly made my day, and I hope yours was just as wonderful as you made mine. Tonight, we gave Jack in the Box a shot--and wow, what a difference! From the moment we pulled up to the drive thru, we were greeted with not just incredibly fast service, but a warm and genuinely friendly attitude. Cassie, the team member who helped us, was especially bright and cheerful, making our visit even more enjoyable. The tacos were perfectly made too--crispy, fresh, and delicious, which has become a rare find these days. Thanks to Cassie's excellent service, we're officially making Jack in the Box in Benson our new go-to late-night spot. Jack, you're lucky to have Cassie on your team!

She was very nice and she's out here directing people where they need to pull in to get their food from drive-through in the front of the building she is also delivering the food. Of those six cars in the parking lot as I sit here three got their food. I don't know if it's a management problem or lack of workers problem or lack of training of workers but somebody needs to address it.

I drove over... was planning to go through drive-thru, but it wasn't in operation at the time... not sure why it was closed... I had to walk in instead which was not an issue... I'm flexible LOL. Staff was really nice. Restaurant was clean and has a lot more seating than what I would have expected at a KFC... maybe it's a supersized KFC LOL. I ended up getting a box meal with leg and thigh + mash potatoes + biscuit + soda. Instead of soda, I mixed their sweetened and unsweetened tea to balance out the sweetness... it tasted surprisingly good! I finished my 2 pieces of chicken (very moist and tasty!... would have preferred bigger pieces though LOL) and biscuit (I'm not a big fan of biscuits, but KFC biscuit is probably the best biscuit out of all other biscuits I've ever eaten... good job!) before heading back out on the freeway.
