Okay, it's a Subway sandwich place. You could make a case that it really doesn't deserve five stars just because. . . it's a Subway sandwich place. Nothing gourmet here. But, considering the price (reasonably low) and considering the quality of the employees (generally polite and kind and considerate), it deserves the five stars in comparison to both other Subways and other places to eat in Benson. I'm always politely asked what bread I want, what cheese I want, if I want it toasted, what toppings I want, etc. etc. etc. And then the sandwich is made correctly. I generally end up feeling like the employee actually cares about my satisfaction and is willing to do what she or he can to insure I'm happy. And that is pretty good for a sandwich place! read more

Very unhappy. Placed an order for delivery. I wasn't made aware that they only 'make the sandwiches' and have nothing to do with door dash drivers accepting the delivery. I waited nearly an hour after the delivery time had been updated to a later time. I ended up going in and picking up the sandwiches we ordered but there is no way of cancelling the door dashing fees or tip. We got home and our sandwiches weren't on the correct bread we requested. And one of the sandwiches didn't have the avocado either. I also bit into a hard piece of something, after inspecting it looked like a piece of plastic. We will not be returning. 0/10. read more

They do not offer all of the breads that the other Subways offer which is disappointing. We ordered the new brisket sandwich that is $10.99 for a footlong. They only put 4 pieces of meat on the sandwich, so you are really getting full on the bread and not the meat. You are paying more for this sandwich and getting less protein, than if you ordered a club. So with that disappointment this happens. I ordered the 3 sandwiches for the $18. Because with the 2 sandwiches I went in for would end up costing me more so I thought why not get another for lunch tomorrow. I got to the register and they tried to charge me $33. I said I would not pay that, the sign states ANY sandwich is 3 for $18. The guys that worked there argued with me for a good 10 mins, however the sign said ANY. They finally rang up my order with a different sandwich and I was on my way. I will not go back to this Subway. read more

I stopped by the other day to get a sandwich. Lid was open over both the protein and veggie sections, and Frost was on the containers. Individual waiting on me was nice enough, but the meat just tasted odd, so I threw half away after getting back home. I'm just wary of about any Subway sandwich shop any more; have just seen too many not taken care of. Meats and cheeses should have been closed back up after the previous customer. read more

Most satisfying six inches of my life!!! I stopped in on my way to Tucson and was overwhelmed by this amazing sandwich when I almost crashed my car. What a distraction! I've never been made a more amazing sandwich in my life thanks to Mary! She piled on the meat and cheese and made sure not to go lite on the rest of my choices! The 2nd slowest Subway, following the Subway in the Love's station off Highway 90. Seriously, sometimes I just want to smack the staff to get them to wake up. :/ Other than that, tastes the same as every other subway, you could just farm the food faster. read more

On friday evening around 5 pm, after moving all day and having nothing to eat for the day we decided on subway, we walk in, nothing was stocked, the girl kept running to the back to grab the cheese she needed for our subs, the guy that was attempting to refill the containers was wearing NO GLOVES running back and fourth, grabbing the toasted sandwhiches for her out of the oven with NO GLOVES, mind you, its during covid-19 with a two hour drive on redington road back home we were so desperate for food we took the chance..ive been sick sense about an hr after i ate my sandwhich and its now monday. Pretty sure ive got food poisoning and ill never eat there again. He was also adding the new product on top of the old and didnt even switch the dirty holding pans out. Why i didnt run? Food it self was OK. But the staff. Wow! The guy that made my sandwich had major attitude.i asked on one sandwich to have some of the bread pulled out. He did do it but proceeded to throw the taken out bread. Then threw the meat on the counter when I asked for a condiment to be put on the bread first. Wouldn't ask what kind of cheese I wanted. Then when I told him he put it on the wrong sandwich. Again when I told him picked the cheese up and threw it on the other sandwich. A friend and I opted to eat at this Subway on the way home from Tombstone, AZ. Benson is a podunk town with not a whole lot going on as it is. But man o man!! This was the first time I've ever been greeted by a pile of dead flies at the door. I don't know what the deal was, but there were dead flies all around the place. Being very hungry, I ventured forth and ordered a sub anyway. I got the foot long turkey breast on white bread. I usually get avocado added to my sandwich, but there were several small flies flying in the formation of a tornado over it, so I opted to do without it. I got the combo, so a medium drink and chips or cookies came with it. Out of force of habit, I got the oatmeal raisin cookies. I paid, then proceeded to the beverage station. Well, I couldn't believe my eyes when I looked down in the drink gutter, to find another pile of flies that were trying out for the swim team? The employees never brought a broom out or even attempted to do anything to get the bugs cleaned up. Maybe they gave up on a losing battle. Needless to say, I didn't eat my cookies in fear that the raisins might fly off of the cookie. Subway, Eat Fresh!! read more

All the reviews were correct the staff was very unfriendly the guy put my bacon into the microwave and when he took it out he put two slices on my salad And threw the rest over on the counter so he must have been hungry just a guess. I like Honey Oat bread. They don't carry it anymore. Hubby wanted the Reuben. They were out of saurkraut and didn't have rye bread. Quite disappointing! Forget that. Went to Safeway and got chicken nuggets. read more

This is the best, most efficient Subway I have ever been to. Don't believe me? Stop by for breakfast and you will see all the regulars stopping in before work. At lunch, this place is always packed and that is saying a lot for a Subway located in a small town. this is concerning the subway on exit 302 in front of the walmart. i never had anything but great kind service and cold water. it was a pleasure to be treated like a person. i'm clapping my hands for their smiles and attention always greeted me a nobody and were courteous the entire crew i interacted with. i never saw flies there. always clean too the restroom was always clean. read more
