I used to go to Jersey Mike's our in McMurray, and when I found out there's one in Robinson now, I got so excited. I ordered the California chicken cheesesteak and it was delicious. They went little heavy on the mayo, but other than that it was wonderful. I got a bag of chips also, and my order came to $12. That's a little more expensive than your average sandwich shop, but it's worth it. Their ingredients are always fresh, and the sandwiches just have so much flavor. The regular size is just right for one meal. Doesn't give you much for leftovers, but who enjoys a leftover sub THAT much anyways? I'm so happy to have them in Robinson, and I hope they make it. Seems like sandwich shops at this particular location don't get a lot of business, so I'll be supporting them even more knowing that. Filthy. I have been here twice at dinner time On a weeknight and I have to start but saying I understand short staffing. However, that it no excuse for filthy tables. The handling of food also made me not eat. I ordered the club (was going to get a cheesesteak but saw how dirty the grill was) my sanwhich was made On the same counter the wash bucket was on and a dirty rag. I was so glad when a JM finally opened nearer to me and I've been going there ever since. Food is great and no complaints there. And the service is mostly fine, except for one individual that has an extreme attitude and is regularly on her phone or having side bar conversations. She has no care for the waiting customers. Then, the other day she appeared to scream at another employee while we were there. So unprofessional and unnecessary. Everyone just kind of looked around in disbelief, unsure what it was about Not sure why management allows this to continue. Unfortunately that was the first time my wife actually came in with me (I usually take out) and, while we planned on eating there, we ended up leaving and taking it home. This was my first visit to Jersey Mike's Subs, and I have to say the whole ordering process was a bit unclear. When an employee asked what we wanted, I told him it was my first time at Jersey Mike's, but he didn't take it as his cue to explain anything to me. I ended up ordering a Philly sub, but also wanted to add cold toppings. He told me that I was supposed to tell him at the beginning, which again, I would have no way of knowing. I ended up getting my sub the way I wanted, and it was pretty delicious; the "Regular" size was definitely filling! The subs were a bit pricey... it was about $9 for a regular sub, and I believe around $15 for a giant size. Ultimately, my boyfriend and I both enjoyed our subs, but we thought the customer service could use some improvement. read more

The Robinson Twp sub shop is great! The workers are the friendliest bunch of guys ever! You can tell they love their job and they are great at what they do! The sandwiches are freshly made with fresh and good quality ingredients and the workers always ask us if everything is good while we are eating our sandwiches. Besides the delicious sandwiches-they have these gigantic chocolate chip cookies that are thick, chewy and fresh! They hit the spot if you need something to satisfy your sweet tooth after stuffing yourself with those delicious sandwiches. My husband and I went for a quick dinner last night around 5 pm. The restaurant was very slow. We chose to dine in. All of the tables were dirty except for one. The floor was filthy. There was debris under each and every table. There were 4 workers behind the counter. Other than the person preparing our order, the other 3 just stood there. One of them had their phone in hand and looked like they were texting or googling. I think it is ridiculous that not one of them would make an attempt to at least wipe the table in anticipation for a dinner rush. read more

I'm a NJ native, so this place has been a staple in my life for years. The sandwiches are amazing (the #8 is my favorite), but honestly my favorite part about this specific location is the staff. The sign may say Jersey, but the people are so much nicer here than in NJ. read more

The sub was very good, along with the customer service. However, there was an African American male who was working near the grill (around 1:40 on 3-4-20) that was wiping his nose numerous times, not changing his gloves, then handling the customers subs. This Jersey Mikes is really off it's game. I am a huge fan and I have had sandwiches all over the country. The sandwiches were just OK more like a subway quality but for twice the money. The bread seems much smaller. The meat was just ok. The veggies when ordered over the phone for pickup were paltry. At best a mediocre sandwich.
