Like a lot of menu items. Today they only had the items available in my photo attached. I usually am stopping here on the way home from an event in Portland and today I realized I cannot rely on this to be my actual meal, I need to have a backup. This location is very poorly managed. Often, there is one person who is doing a large percentage of the work and really trying with their customer service. This person is usually wearing a Burger King cap and dunkin tshirt. I think all the businesses are owned by the same entity. If they do actually have what you are looking for, it will take a long time receive it. I have a rule that we can only stop if there are no appointments after (hence always doing it on the way home). But the food is amazing and it has to be for me to continue to stop there even when it's poorly managed and a long wait. I love the south Portland location!

Afternoons, especially after 6:00 p.m., are a very different experience. The line often backs up, service slows down significantly, and the food tends to arrive cold. I've waited more than 30 minutes on several visits, and using the mobile app doesn't seem to speed things up. Overall, this location is great in the mornings but frustrating later in the day. I'd recommend stopping by early if you're looking for a smoother experience.

They have coloring for kids as well as a cute "Sit with the cow" program. Scan the QR code and you get to have the cow sit with you at your table. Fun idea. After that wave another Sunami came through, two athletic teams from UMFC arrived. First their baseball team then 10 minutes later their soccer team arrived. Talk about popular. Now for the wrap, not so great. As you will see, where's the chicken?? Looks more like deli meat than real grilled chicken. It was a dry sandwich to boot. Thankfully you get a sauce to go with, ranch for me. I ate the whole thing with the help of the sauce. Lemonade was good. The reason the substitution was not acceptable, it's pre made in a sealed plastic container.
